I agree and don't forget the other side of the drama too, Jason Campell will feel entitled to play if McNabb struggles. I think Kolb and Vick will duel it out in the offseason to find out who starts but the controversy will continue all season.

I feel like there's zero chance JC comes back to Washington... I agree, though, that Kolb vs. Vick will be a hot topic going into the regular season, especially if Kolb struggles early.

IDK if you heard, but the Redskins just picked up Rex Grossman, who's been bounced around a bit after Chicago booted him. Maybe Shanahan thinks he can cure his 'gross' inconsistency. If so, Campbell would likely be persona non grata.

I did not hear that but that changes a lot.

Grossman is a pretty gross starting qb.

I hate the Grossman signing. Not as much as the L.J. and Willie Parker signings, though.

In the (albeit only) 2 Raider games I caught last year, I concluded that Jemarcus Russell was easily the worst QB I'd ever seen. He makes Jason Campbell look like Brett Favre. Reportedly McNabb didn't want to go there, nor to Buffalo (who can blame him on both counts?), so the Eagles unwittingly obliged, by shipping him off to their archrivals.. And 33 is not that old if you're surrounded by talent and a good offensive line to keep you healthy. It's not like a RB at 33, where they're totally spent. As for your Raiders, they better do something last at QB. They should do well in the draft if their scouting & front office has any brains.

yes russle does make every QB in the nfl look like farve but i think they need to get some blocking cuz the QB bruce gradkoski who is starting for the raiders is not that bad he's the one who made that fourth quater come back agaisnt the steelers in pitt
