Wow, I think Rory McIlroy just won the Snedeker Trophy. Honestly, I think its easier to win from behind at Augusta. The pressure to stay on top after dominating the first three rounds is enormous, practically immeasurable.

It's horrible. I feel for the kid. He's getting down on himself and has totally lost his confidence. Still time to pick it up and get back into the top 10 though.

Rory was bored out of his skull until Sunday. He didn't have one bad break, one unlucky thing happen to him until the final round. And then, when one thing went wrong, he caved and committed a series of mistakes. He was making a joke out of the course, and then suddenly, he became the joke. Even par would have been a great Sunday compared to this nightmare.

he certianly had his putts at the lead .... couldnt get them to fall. Possibly flashbacks of artifical breasts dancing thru his head as he lined up those putts ... or the thoughts of his deamons exposed as he stroked it once again going for a big win. (no pun intended ... but it was a bit poetic ... justice ... ?? ) In any event I have to give him credit for getting his "stuff" together enuf to get in the chase again. I wish him nothing but the best, and it's great to see him make a run at it once again. I just hope the same holds true for his personal life. One of the more interesting finishes in recent years. Looks like 10 under aint gonna do it this year
