easy win today without the top players

Frankly, I cannot agree with your statement. There were several moments, mainly in the firs half, when Arsenal controlled the ball more than us and were dangerous. And yea, Salah, Mane and Alisson were absent but we got VVD, TAA, Robbo,... in the starting list.

It was a good win. Palace ate tough. Ally played well, made some important saves. The penalty was generous but made the last 10 minutes more comfortable!

It is always possible City can have a bad run. Need to keep the pressure on by winning every game.

Also need to focus on the FAC and CL - and a win in the LC Final would be very sweet!

Ally with a top top performance. That's why people say that the good goalkeeper makes half of the team!

It looks like Luis Diaz is going to join our team! How do you like the lad?

So in theory, this is Liverpools strongest 11?

1. Allison
2. Robertson
3. Virgil
4. Matip
5. Trent
6. Fabinho
7. Thiago
8. Diaz
9. Jota
10. Salah
11. Mane

I'd say Henderson or Firmino at the place of Diaz.

So we're playing Cardiff City at home on Sunday in an FA cup match. What do you think the final score's gonna be? My guess is 4:1 for us!

I was happy to see hungry Taki today.
He played very well in Japan National Team and keep going.

Additionally, I'd love to say Welcome back Elliott!!

Since Klopp's arrival, Liverpool's game has become the most spectacular and exciting of all the clubs in the world.

I'm watching the game right now. The second part of the extra time just started. I support Senegal - they have a nice team. Tough match for Mane so far.
Who are you supporting?

Has everyone noticed that Mohamed Salah of Egypt started to cry as soon as Sadio Mané of Senegal stepped up to take the last penalty?

I didn't notice that. It seemed to me that he was very nervous at that moment. I thought he started crying after Mane scored.

Pretty simple reason

why is salah so good for Liverpool and so mediocre for Egypt

He hardly plays any games for Egypt and gets to play himself into form against lesser opposition in some cases in the premier league as opposed to international players.

Because it is very different the ball to be passed from Trent, Robo or Fabinho and etc.to Salah than from his Egyptian team mates. One player is playing better when he is surrounded from good quality players. On the other hand, Egypt with Salah made a fantastic run in the Africa Cup of Nations, despite the fact they had a lot of luck and did not play so good and attractive.
