Neutral location or not - technically they are still home team. And i doubt this "home adventage" plays too much nowadays cause it really doesnt matter (without fans) - like if you could dig into world cup qualifiers later in march then for example portugal plays their homegame vs Azerbaijan in Italy lol ...
