why dont fifa doesnt decide to make 8 groups of 6 countries or 16 groups of 4 countries instead of groups of 3 in which 2 teams qualify?. thats nonsense because there is a bigger probability that at least 1 group will be defined by a coin toss unlike the previous format in which i think no group was ever defined by a coin toss.
