If the Euros were actually finals, like in the days when there'd only be 4 teams, and then 7 qualifiers plus the hosts, I'd say the Euros all day long. Now there's too many teams, combined with the awkward number of 24 which means some 3rd place teams will get through to the knockout phase, some wont.
The Copa America is a tighter competition with fewer games. Quality over quantity.

EURO, even better than the World Cup. In the WorldCup only 13 European teams are playing and so a lot of good teams are missing there (for example Italy in 2018)
Last WorldCup, the 4 Semifinal teams were from Europe
