College Basketball time

My picks were busted 2nd day badly and went down hill from there. Some real upsets IMO but hey, no different than any other year.

Can't wait til the tournament resumes in a few days. I really like Michigan and will be rooting for Syracuse, Duke, and FGC. I hope FGC gets to the final four. They play really well, comparing them to other teams...

Sucks for GTOWN. That was horrible. That has to be & will be the biggest upset of the tourney by far.

I still think Indiana & Louisville will go all the way

Oops! Wrong on that 1. Syracuse is a great team though. Not that surprised.

My bracket is so fkd up now. But on the upside, most everyone's is HaHa

Well it's all over for FGC. It's sad too because teams like that deserve to get further sometimes. They displayed soooo much heart & guts along w/ their great talent.

Having a #15 seed make it to the Elite 8 & beyond would give soooo many teams like them hope to do the same in upcoming years.

There are already a TON of March Madness fans out there but just imagine what it could do for the game/tournament if a high seed ever wins it all. That would just be amazing, period. I hope I'm still around to see it happen.

Yea, I agree. It's pretty sad when the games get decided by the refs &/or umpires in other sports. Sometimes I think they like the negative attention they get for doing ish like that.

OSU had a great season. Hopefully next year they can finally win a championship.

Amazing that Michigan was 4th in Big 10 but make final 4 and top 3 are out. They have got a deep bench/team and always seem to have couple players get hot when they need it. GO BLUE!!!!

So sad to hear and see what happened to that young man on the Louisville basketball team. I am fortunate to say thankfully it was not a head injury which I thought the announcers were referring to. I thought the poor lad had hit his head and well I don't want to think any farther than that but just very happy that it was only a leg injury and not to the head.
I wonder if these kids work out at least 2-3 times a week or if all they do is shoot free throws and three's. I think that team needs a new conditioning coach. They are in deserve of it now. I hope I am not the only one that thinks this.

Yea, that was KRA-Z. I was watching it on DVR a few minutes behind live TV & all of a sudden I went to fast forward some & seen everyone on the court crying.

The bone broke & shot straight out of his skin.

The announcers said that was the most horrific injury they've ever seen in their 30+ years of announcing.

I hope the poor guy heals correctly & has a great future.

I tuned in late to the game and just heard them talking about that injury.. Had to google it and OMG that is so SAD and gruesome!!! I to hope everything heals OK and he is able to continue his career in BB.

Maybe you were hearing some other announcers but I thought they said that he mightve dislocated something. I thought he dislocated his ankle but it looked weird and thats when I thought this was gonna be very serious. I dont know if a leg injury is better than a head injury. A concussion might be better than what happened to him but im not doctor. I thought his bball career would be over after seeing that but after hearing how it'll take about a year to heal, I dont think theres better news than that. That injury was awful, hope he recovers fast!

This Louisville team presses full court almost the whole game and you think they need a conditioning coach? This was a freak accident that i dont think has ever happened in basketball. Its not like this whole team is injured all the time or am i missing something here..

Yea, that was an amazing show of endurance & athleticism against a great all around team. That def helped them win the game.
