MLB
Houston Astros @ Texas Rangers:
Houston Astros (to win) /// 1.95
Last bet won! Given a few failed predictions, I've maximized my analytics for the third game between Arizona and Philadelphia. And I was confident in my bet, as I spent a lot of time on this prediction. Pfaadt and Suarez played the best game of their careers and the match ended with a comfortable score 2-1 in favor of Diamondbacks. I gave a standing ovation when first Pfaadt and then Suarez left the field! Incredible game with a dramatic ending! The total score of my bets: MLB 27-26 in favor of the successful, NFL+NCAAF 2-3 in favor of the unsuccessful.
New bet: Astros will win a crucial game 5 against Texas. Justin Verlander will play again against Montgomery. Despite Montgomery's successful performance in the first game of this series, I don't consider him an outstanding pitcher in the postseasons overall. He failed in the game against Baltimore and he will fail in game five. I'm sure of it. Verlander is a super experienced pitcher for whom this postseason could be his last. 40 years old, after all. And such an important game tonight. And Verlander has been unbelievable in this postseason, let's be honest. He's played 12.2 innings and has only 2 runs. Since moving from the Mets, in games where Verlander was the starting pitcher the Astros have won 8 games out of 13. And Verlander himself has only failed in 3 games out of 13 (in those three games against Miami, Oakland, and the Yankees he's gotten 5, 5 and 6 runs in each of the games over 5, 7, and 6 innings accordingly). In the other games, he played very reliably (in those 8 successful regular season games Verlander averaged got only 1.38 runs in 6.25 innings per game and in the 2 postseason games he averaged got only 1.00 runs in 6.1 innings per game). Verlander's stats are very solid! I also have trust in the Astros' continued offensive play, as Texas' back-up pitchers are completely failing in the last 2 games. Completely!!! I also want to remind you that in the last 15 games between the Astros and Rangers, Houston has won 10 of them! Well, the bookies are giving us a sweet odds of 1.95 on all of this. Bet? Let's bet!
