I would say its foolish to write Barca off at this point - yes this may not be the season but they are very close to getting their finances in order and are assembling a very good side - Raphinha and Lewandowski aside they need a top quality playmaker midfielder and to now focus on play making defenders to reach the heady heights of yesteryear.
I think Barca will be a very different animal next season but probably need 3 transfer seasons to fully be back to probably the best team in World football pending the right buys.
