After the last update of pokerstars client one week ago or so my Hm2 doesn`t work on this platform. But at 888 poker and party poker my HUD works correctly. Help me please, how I can solve this problem. Thanks!

Is there any prediction as to when the HM3 will be compatible with the new ACR software?

My HM2 no longer comes up on the new ACR site. Anything I can do?

WPN's release was a major complete overhaul. We are working on the updates. I do not have an ETA.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support?

*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Is holdem manager currently not working with Americas Card Room? It hasn't worked in weeks for me. I assume its Acr and their issues. Is the hud down for everyone on acr?

my trial has ended and i uninstalled HM a couple of weeks ago... yesterday i went for PT trial, and to my surprise, it found a HM database left on the machine that didn't get deleted when i uninstalled HM.

IMHO everything added in the install process should be removed in the uninstall process.

That would be a poor design, since if you have to uninstall and reinstall, your database would be lost.

THE PROBLEM IS TO MAINTAIN PLAYING ONLY THE MAOS, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GIVE FOLD HAVING 15 OUTS, BUT WITHOUT EQUITY TO PAY TO SEE THE TURN, BUT ONLY THEN PLAYING IT WILL BE LUCRATUVO IN THE LONG TERM.

allright, i get your point, but at least there could be a dialog box asking if i'd like to remove the database also.

poker client saves the data so it's not lost.

Hi, my HM2 was working fine with ACR but then just a few days ago ACR did another I thought minor update and now I can't get my hud to come up on the table. It is catching the hands for later review though. Is this just me or everyone having this problem?

Sorry if this question has already been asked, but does HM2 work for MTT's and STT's, or just cash games? I don't really play cash so don't want to invest in something that is not compatible.
