Hey John A,

I use DriveHUD with ignition. I understand there is no way to track data on the Villains seated at your table during a tournament because of the anonymity but I noticed that my own stats do not carry over from tournament to tournament in the HUD. In other words the first hand of every tournament my stats are all 0's. Is there any way to change this to show my stats combined from all of my Inferno Tournaments?

Currently there's no option for historical stats on ignition. We can add this, but all of our actual pros said they didn't want it, it didn't make sense to have. It was better info for them to have a fresh stat reference for how they were playing and being perceived, which I agree with on a site like Ignition. It's something we can consider adding though if people want it.

As a pretty good poker player myself, I'd advise against it. But I always want to give the people what they want. :) :icon_sant

I recognise you as a long time member of CC community,
and presume you had approval from mods before posting. So I will comment on this.
Personally I would prefer all computer assists to be banned, but unfortunately TWO, now ONE company were always allowed to sell their software to give unfair advantage to those that paid for it. While even self written tools could be punished.
That said your tool looks good, and at least provides an alternative to the previous monopoly.

I also agree with your opinion.

I was thinking more of an option feature to turn on or off, but I mainly was just looking for a way to reference my historical stats somewhere within the software.

Forgive my ignorance if there is already a way to do that? I'm also working with the trial version and I'm not sure if there are features that only work after you have paid.

Everything is fully functional, no limitations during the 30-day trial.

If you click on the Tournament tab, all of your stats and everything are listed in there - historical, etc... you can set filters, to see specific data sets.

Just make sure your username is set from the drop down in the top right hand side.

What I think the best idea is that the HUD gives us an option to carry over stats from different time spans. something like:
Only current tourney
Only Today
Current week
Past month

I think nobody changes the style they play every week so those are pretty meaningful!

Did you guys add that option already that I am not aware of?

Thanks for the feedback. So you can do this and see this info by setting filters. And I know we'll be adding a feature to show HUD stats for current session or historical. But what would be the point of showing hero stats in the HUD for this week, month, etc...? I'm just trying to understand as someone who's a successful poker player myself. I can't see myself ever wanting or needing that information, so if you could explain why I'd appreciate it. I want to incorporate as many useful functions as possible, so I'm always open to adding some extra functions, and love new ideas.

Several pages of information, here. My apologies in advance if this question has already been asked and answered. I have recently downloaded the trial version.

Is there a way to view all hands in a tournament in succession without having to continually go back to the list of hands to select them one by one? Thank you.

I'm setting a style for my game so I want to find trends in my games. It is helpful for me to find out that I am getting tighter, looser, more aggressive,..

If you load any hand, it will load all of the hands for the tournament that are over 6bbs. So anything you were involved in that was of significance, just click on the bottom hands. They are labeled and color coded by size.

Otherwise you can go to the full list and load any hand.

Gotcha... why do you want to show that in your HUD in game? I'm just purely curious as a poker player, not in terms of the software, just in terms of how people learn and study. That part is always interesting to me.

I'd think setting filters and looking at this data in the database would be more helpful, rather than setting it to your HUD. But I think I can kind of understand why, I guess I've never heard of anyone doing it, so thanks for answering my question.

Sure, maybe I'm getting too anal. Lol
Also I think you are right. Using filters would be better.
Maybe not right now but eventually players want to know what kind of stats other players see. To me, I prefer to have more tools to play with when I'm playing. If I'm bored, I'll start playing loose and making moves I shouldn't. Hahaha

Okay. Still in the trial stage. I am only seeing three tournaments in my history on the tournaments tab. I've tried adjusting the hand history setting to All but this doesn't seem to help. Any advice? Thank you.

DriveHUD – update | v1.0.7.893
http://drivehud.com/poker-hud/DriveH...v1.0.7.893.exe

- Migrated to new DB structure
- Fixed issue when hud view type wasn't saved
- Fixed Ignition/BOL tournament speed detection
- Fixed several WPN related issues
- Added new Betonline 9max tables
- Improved importing performance
- Added new stats
- Fixed report exceptions

Major speed improvements, and we moved from our hybrid postgreSQL system to completely postgreSQL free. No more connections with sql.

Important note, for existing users on update, it will take 1-5 mins to migrate to the new system on your first load. Just depending on your system and DB size. But this version is 2.5x-4x faster.

We don't have bitcoins. We've been considering adding this, but it's not going to happen anytime soon. Right now it's any major credit card or paypal.

Amazing

That is an amazing tool to track and get some stats ... but the price is still a bit higher than expected ... :)

Hey John,
Now I used the HUD for a week, I can tell I like it very much.
The HUD shows the data from previous tournaments which is pretty useful.
I think one option will help players better. I mostly play SNGs and realized after I made it to heads up with the same reg several times, his stats changed from REG to BAD LAG because of the number of hands we played.
I think you can add an option to the software. Something like a smart mode that when shows stats, it filters heads up out of the data. Maybe it just shows early tournament data, bubble, in the money, and heads up.
Or for SNG, more than 5 handed, 4-5 handed bubble, and in the money.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, there's a setting we can probably add here for sure. I get what you're saying completely. I'll have to give it some thought and talk with the developers, but it's a good suggestion. Thanks.

For clarity's sake, I have quoted my own quote...

Just by way of follow up, this was a 'me' problem. The tournament history is there, I just didn't realize how things were organized under the tournaments tab. Now I do. Case closed. Thank you.

I think I found a small glitch in the software. I am trying to personalize the HUD and I added BBs. I am color coding the M and when I want to change the number of BBs to any number more than 100 it wont let me to do so. I think the problem is coming from definition of variables and it is defined as a percent and not a real number.
