New version of the software up. Couple of change/fixes and a new feature. v1.0.19c

I'd recommend going to the site, clicking download trial and install the latest directly from the site. There was a version that had a broken updater, so might as well make sure you have one with everything working 100%.

- HU's cash game tags added
- HU's S&G's tagged and separated
- Option to set each opponent as random player ID so that each review you can see what that players stats were. You can turn this on/off in settings (it defaults to off), and it obviously does not apply to zone.

All testing so far looks good, but if anyone see's anything, just let me know.

Problem with conversion

I have reviewed video tutorial numerous times and cannot find solution for my problem. I hope you can help. BHC is finding the files in Bovada HandHistory Folder and says it is processing the files. However, it is not finding the hands inside and not processing them. After trying to use files in PT4, no hands are being to data and the folders remain in Bovada HandHistory and are not being moved to the Processed folder.
BHC worked properly prior to encountering this problem, prior files have been moved to the Processed folder and hands are showing in PT4. Could I have changed someting in the PT4 configuration that would cause this to happen? Please help.

Bovada Hand Converter

I purchased the Bovada Hand Converter a few days ago and I am really pleased with it. I recommend that anyone that plays on Bovada and uses HEM or PT to try this tool out. I think it has already improved my game and I hope it does the same for you.

I don't think i would be too thrilled to play on Bovada without it. I just really hate the idea of not being able to track yourself. So definitely glad they put that out.

Yea it definitely helps to be able to look at your stats and find ways to improve your game. I wish I would have discovered it sooner.

New version: 1.0.24 is up on the download server.

I'd recommend that if you haven't updated in a while, to go to the website and download directly from there. This version isn't released as an automatic update yet.

FYI - IMPORTANT. If you're an HM2 user and you update to HM's latest release (.8091) hands will not import if you use the converter. HM has decided, because of PT and NJ gaming, to block the known hole cards from import, and thus it will not work.

Solution: Don't update to the latest beta for now (.8091).

We have new version in place as of today that will check for what version you of HM you have and let you know if it will display known cards (it will come up as an auto update). If not, it will disable this feature and give you the option to download a previous version. Also in settings there is a setting now to enable or disable known hole cards. If you do this with a version greater than .8079, then hands will error out and not import.

We apologize about the inconvenience. It's not something we're happy about either. This is their software so they can do as they wish.

Hopefully someone can help you here. I know on another forum someone posted some info on this, but it's buried pretty far back. I'll see if I can find it though.

Keep in mind, the latest PT4 release has the ability to enable all known hole cards again.

So if you update your PT4, then go to settings in the converter, and click the check box for = shown all known hole cards.

New version .33 is up.

You should never get any errors with conversion. If you do for any reason, please let me know.

Ok in your sig it says download your free book, and also I bought your Bovada hand converter (gold edition) that also says download free book in email! The link is dead in the Email, and the book isn't free anywhere...

I've had issues trying to copy hands in PT4 after successful import. I already took this issue to PT4 but they "don't support unofficial HH's" and they told me to take it to the author of the conversion software. I don't have high hopes, since this doesn't seem like something that would have come up before, but have you run into anyone using Mac and having this complaint?

I was very sleepy, and didn't realize it was on there. Sorry for that post.

What do you mean by copy exactly? You mean exporting them, or I'm not 100% clear on what you're trying to do. Ya, the PT and HM thing is a bit of a mess. The hand is official, it's in their database so support your product because it's not a problem because of a text hand.

Sorry wasn't super clear. When I'm in the PT4 application, looking at a HH, and I click one of the copy-to-clipboard options. One of them consistently crashes the client.

I hate this b/c it's obviously not your fault or anything, but had to try something. Just sick to my stomach thinking that one day I'm gonna try to do something with Bovada hands in PT4 and it just won't work.

And it's stupid that they're claiming it isn't on their end - the hand imported successfully, and literally EVERY other feature works with the hands. Sigh. Was worth asking though.

I purchased the Texas Hold'em Cash Games version of the converter software ages ago. I have recently started adding PLO and more tournaments into the mix, such that I would benefit from having the Gold Combo.

I'm wondering if you would be willing to do any kind of discount/upgrade price for going from one piece to the Gold Combo. Otherwise it seems I would be stuck buying the Omaha Cash Games version as well as the Tournaments: Omaha + Holdem version.

Cool, thanks for the feedback. We've tried to make it as easy as a process as possible. We're thinking about adding in some automation for downloading hands, but not sure how important it is to people yet.

Hmmm... if you had purchased it recently I could just refund and you could buy the combo. But since it's old... the only problem is that we don't have any purchase links to do it that way. I want to help you out though because you're cool and I like you though. :) PM me with your e-mail and I'll see what I can do. It might be a bit of a pain, but we'll try and figure something out.
