Um..because it's an ID card 😆

Yep, no digital bills, only a photo of paper one, and later they've rejected my first photos, because "all corners must be visible"

Regarding verification in other rooms - There is nothing "weird" about it. They always request a set of documents, maybe even ask for a photo of bank card (covering mid numbers) so when I send them photos of bills together with photos of passport or ID card that has address on it , then what's the problem? Support can clearly see that address in the passport matches address in the utility bills and the same last name in all of the bills.

It's weird to me that I've sent a ton of photos of different offical documents that can verify my address. I mean... one type of bills that i've sent was 12 days old, but not in my full name, other type of bills was in my name but it's 8 months old , and 3rd type is photo of my passport with address in it... BUT their problem, which is my problem now is that everything, I mean all of these "requirements" must be printed on ONE PIECE OF PAPER...

Yes there is something "weird" about it when u tell me sites accepted ur proof of residence even though it's not in ur full name. I know well about verification processes and what documents are needed normally.

It's the first time I hear rooms would accept documents that are not in ur full name. It's also the first time I hear of passports and ID cards where the address is on it. There are probably different reasons why rooms do not accept this. One of it is that it's very likely more than 90 days since the address was put there.

In the end, if u really want help, u need to post the full conversation between u and them. Otherwise there will be only confusion.

Do you really think that I wasn't interested in sending them another set of photos right after reading this message or what? ))

I've passed verification with the same set of photos/documents in (FullTilt R.I.P.), PS, 888, iPoker network, GG, Party, WPN and i think in a few more US based poker sites... Sometimes I was asked to provide a photo of bank card with numbers covered, but after our government restricted banking transactions with online casino sites - I've started using e-wallets and crypto, so the process was the same with all poker rooms. Only once I've used utlity bill which was in my name, cause it's a once-a-year paper bill... and it was fresh paper bill...

Most of these verifications been long time ago, I think that last one was before COVID... I've never had such terrible feelings after conversation with support representative... of any online platfrom.

I've asked to change my registration email from @mail.ru to @gmail which is my e-wallet email and they have it in their system since my first deposit. BECAUSE THEIR MAIL SERVER REJECTS EMAILS FROM @mail.ru.

To change my email they've asked me 15 questions about my account and asked for 4 photos of documents!

I've answered everything and sent them photos, they've been satisfied with 3 of the documents except for the photo of address verification.

INSTEAD OF REVIEWEING AND ACCEPTING TONS OF PHOTOS OF DIFFERENT OFFICAL PAPERS THAT VERIFY MY ADDRESS IN THE END SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE ADVISED ME TO WAIT SEVERAL MONTHS UNTIL I WILL RECEIVE THAT ONCE-A-YEAR PAPER BILL IN MY FULL NAME.

Imagine this... Let's say you live in germany and you've heard that across the border nearby in switzerland there will be a mountain bike contest, it's not far from your house just 30km, so you leave your car and go there on your bicycle. You come to registration riding bike, you provide your passport, insurance, you pay with your card then they ask for a paper that proves that you can ride a bicycle , you ask them - do I need a license to ride a bike in Switzerland? They say no, but they need a official paper that proves that you can ride a bicycle in order to register you. You dig deeper into your backpack and wallet and find a bill and passport for the bike, you've also found a customs paper that proves that you've passed the border riding a bike. They reject it all cause it doesn't proove that you can ride a bicycle... Ok you sit on your bike and ride it infront of them performing tricks... It doesn't help... They can't accept it because they need official paper. So you ask them - what is this paper, and turns out that it has to be a paper signed by your local bike club authority... Does it makes any sense? Why in their advertisement for the bike contest they haven't posted that they only accept official sportsmens registered in bike clubs and why they haven't posted full list of requirements? If we come back to WPT Gloabal - why they haven't posted that they only want house owners to register at their site? Why they can't offcially state that they don't want such players who rent a house and don't have any utility bills in their name.... that they don't want player who travel across the planet without staying at home to pick up the bill... that they don't want any adult children who can legally play, but they don't have any utlity bills in their name? That's the point... I've provided more than enough information to verify my address... fresh utlity bills from this address, old utility bills in my full name, passport e.t.c.. So if you want to verify my address and approx 7 different documents with my address and my or my relatives name is not enough to verify my address then there is something terribly wrong with bureacracy system.

I wanted to wait till March-April till I get this once-a-yar paper bill from the City Hall... but LOL it turns out that they might send it during May-June this year or convert to to digital so that we can pay it online or at nearest ATM...

I don't understand why there is so much fuss about something so simple.

Change the legal representative of your household accounts and then you will be able to verify.
Or simply give them a valid document in the requested format!

Imagina esto... Digamos que vives en Alemania y has oído que al otro lado de la frontera, cerca de Suiza, habrá una competición de ciclismo de montaña. No está lejos de tu casa, a solo 30 km, así que dejas tu coche y vas allí en tu bicicleta. Vas a la inscripción en bicicleta, les proporcionas tu pasaporte, seguro, pagas con tu tarjeta y luego te piden un documento que demuestre que puedes montar en bicicleta. Les preguntas: "¿Necesito una licencia para montar en bicicleta en Suiza?". Te dicen que no, pero que necesitan un documento oficial que demuestre que puedes montar en bicicleta para poder registrarte. Rebuscas más en tu mochila y cartera y encuentras un billete y el pasaporte de la bicicleta, también has encontrado un documento de aduanas que demuestra que has pasado la frontera en bicicleta. Lo rechazan todo porque no demuestra que puedes montar en bicicleta... Ok, te sientas en tu bicicleta y la conduces delante de ellos haciendo trucos... No ayuda... No pueden aceptarlo porque necesitan un documento oficial. Entonces les preguntas: ¿qué es este documento? Y resulta que tiene que ser un documento firmado por la autoridad del club ciclista local... ¿Tiene algún sentido? ¿Por qué en su anuncio para el concurso de bicicletas no han publicado que solo aceptan deportistas oficiales registrados en clubes ciclistas y por qué no han publicado la lista completa de requisitos? Si volvemos a WPT Global, ¿por qué no han publicado que solo quieren que los propietarios de viviendas se registren en su sitio? ¿Por qué no pueden declarar oficialmente que no quieren a esos jugadores que alquilan una casa y no tienen ninguna factura de servicios públicos a su nombre... que no quieren a jugadores que viajan por todo el planeta sin quedarse en casa para pagar la factura... que no quieren a ningún hijo adulto que pueda jugar legalmente, pero que no tenga ninguna factura de servicios públicos a su nombre? Ese es el punto... He proporcionado más que suficiente información para verificar mi dirección... facturas de servicios públicos recientes de esta dirección, facturas de servicios públicos antiguas con mi nombre completo, pasaporte, etc. Entonces, si desea verificar mi dirección y aproximadamente 7 documentos diferentes con mi dirección y mi nombre o el de mis familiares no son suficientes para verificar mi dirección, entonces hay algo terriblemente mal con el sistema burocrático.

Quería esperar hasta marzo-abril para recibir esta factura en papel que se envía una vez al año desde el Ayuntamiento... pero LOL resulta que podrían enviarla durante mayo-junio de este año o convertirla en digital para que podamos pagarla en línea o en el cajero automático más cercano...

No le hagas caso a ese tipo. Siempre busca algún tema de discusión en cualquier hilo. Si te causa tantos problemas, juega en otros sitios. Sin duda los hay mejores.
