Well I think the idea here does not revolve around fairness - it's all about profit. The site had an opportunity to recover a loss - which they did because there was a link between the stepson and father.
Signing up accounts from relative's or friend's homes is not uncommon, so the possibility exists that the father actually did own the delinquent account. The truth matters not here because the poker sites own all the power. If they want to keep your money for whatever reason - they can - knowing fullwell that the average pokerjoe cannot take them to task. Or can they? Inquiring minds want to know. Has anyone challenged a decision made by a poker site and won?
Can we start a new thread with this idea? Is there such a thing as fairness when you hold no power?
