GG tilts me to the point of regularly taking prolonged breaks from the site.

I don't know if it's just the RNG or some confirmation bias but I always feel I lose in the most tilting ways. Jamming into a hand that dominates me one hand then having them hit their 3 outer in the reverse situation the next hand when they have dominated.

Overall it's just the game but it sure does seem to be more tilting on GG that other sites.

I think it's a good decision, to play and invest your money where you see it profitable and feel comfortable.

I play on other sites and I don't feel that way, of course when I lose or fall out of a tournament I get angry but soon the irritability goes away. I even get angry when I watch poker on TV 😅😂😅😂😅😂

Well there's the first thing you need to fix if you want to become a profitable player ('need to fix' or 'could choose to work on')

I know there are a lot of bad beats in poker but the percentage of bad beats I take on GG is much higher than on other poker apps. I'm tired of getting angry on GG, I hate it
I would not recommend closing your account, as this is too extreme a measure. Sometimes there can be interesting promotions that you can take part in for free, so it's not very pragmatic to close your account. Instead, you can just stop playing there and come back when it makes sense, for example, during the New Year's Eve promotional period.

lol at Trust pilot. No doubt most of the responses are by rigtards, donkeys & freetrollers (err rollers)
I mean u literally have to spend a few minutes on the site and read a few reviews to come to this conclusion.

Only someone very lost would not get that and post such a link imo 😅

I understand that playing poker requires a lot of patience. If you have such an idea, I suggest you take a break.

If you don't feel comfortable playing in one room then you should stop playing there, like you did. I would not close my account because we have so few options of rooms to play and once your account is closed, I don't know if you can make another account. I personally don't see any difference in the number of bad beats in any room, I think we have good and bad runs in all rooms.

Many players have a good profit there. Maybe they have a personal dislike for you?:) But something tells me that you just don't play very well.

I hear you, I started playing GG since its start and for the first year did quite well, then I withdrew funds (just less than $1000) and since that time, over a year I cannot win on GG. continuous bad beats, however I experienced similar results on poker stars and WPT, the Bad beats go on for weeks and then boom I win for a few days then bad beats again....no manipulation of RNG you say? sure.

Maybe you were hitting the sunny side of variance in that first year?
Maybe you're just not in the top 20% of players in the games you're playing in?

I personally only grind out a very small profit in the games I am playing in & I literally have played ~ 5million hands & have done some studying (although I am the first to admit it isn't even close to enough if I'm hoping to be more profitable)

I agree with you, I have also noticed this trend and I think it is quite strange. Although I didn't close my account, I actually stopped playing on this site.
