That's not true.
Back when CC was still holding private buy-in, cash-added tournaments on Pokerstars (as well as UB, Titan, Fulltilt, Bodog, Carbon, etc. etc.), there was one guy from Belarus who played the games quite often (also played in all of the other priv. forum buyin games back then.... there were MANY). He placed in one of the top positions of a SunMill Ann. event and went on to become an online poker MTT pro ever since. These days you'll find him playing the high stakes MTT's on Stars & GG.

I know of many others as well - - lots of players who even started out in the micros!

The fact is, ANYONE can win this tournament, or place on the final table.
The question is 'Why not you?'

Because I am constantly knocked out on the river, like many other players, they will put up a player from any country for advertising, but in reality it is a bot, did you personally know the player from Belarus who won, you are naive as a child.

I won't try it because I think it's a waste of time. PokerStars is a thing of the past.

The right decision, there are so many naive players here who believe in fairy tales, the room needs such tournaments to attract new players and squeeze money out of them.

but in every tournament only 9 people make it to the finals - do you always want to be there, then learn not to criticize them and don't be envious

The question is, your resentment with PS is because of the bad bets. Or because they don't give you free tournaments anymore? I play on PS at cash tables and some tournaments and sometimes I win and sometimes I lose like everyone else 🌎. How many years have you been playing poker? Do you still want to be given free money? How funny

but you have to try something in life, win or lose, but at least your name will be recorded in the biggest annual pokerstars tournament !!
the entry fee is only 215 dollars but the winner usually gets 1,000,000
cashing in this tournament will also pocket at least $430

I have the same answer to this topic, and besides this I think that many players have abandoned this site in favor of others who have at least one cardschat tournament.

Guess you right. It's never bad idea to stay the heck away from these loser sites who dont even bother to have a single cardchat event (doesnt matter whether is it freeroll, centroll, some private mtt with buy-in, play money stuff in homegames or something fifth instead) - therefore it's quite comical that some creatures ^ refuse to understand it ...

Yeah . There is no gtd prizepool yet , but I guess it will be like the previous years , at about 7M dollars . Anyway even if it is half of it in the end , still it will be a good opportunity to play poker . Especially with so many sats .

However, a month before the tournament started, PokerStars took pity on us and increased the prize pool to 6,000,000.

although a year ago it was 8,000,000
The satellites are starting to come in, you don't even have to pay for them - they are of course super satellites that you have to catch because they appear only 5 minutes before the start and you have about 2 seconds to register.

215$ entry ?? Not gor my budget. I will try later this month some sats , in case I get lucky for a cheap entry . I guess later , close to the 6 of April, they will have better and more freerolls or sats for this event. Good luck everyone

GG Poker did not even exist back then. So basically u are saying the Belarus guy is a bot who was active on all sites and Forums back then and now on GG 😅 basically a hiking robot.
