It is all down to legalities and where they have a license to operate.

Im also in group 3.

But let me tell u those lists do not make much sense. There are countrys allowed that are not allowed on most sites. Then there are countrys like mexico which can play basically everwhere on the list of not allowed countrys? Very very weird list imo.

Unfortunately, the reason is not only in the license ..... there is also politics! in other words friendly countries so to speak.... 888.PS is not licensed in my country. but I'm playing!I have option 3 I'm disappointed

Previously i remember that (from site who offered cardchat games) bet-at-home had similar restrictions with most nations unable to play there ...
But that site ^ is even worse considering their excluded countries list ...

E: And with that this "global" in the name is definitely false advertising.
