once I forgot my password after a long absence. they answered me and resolved my problem in the space of 24 hours. for my part, for the moment I remain satisfied by their customer service.

I am also starting to get frustrated with the quality of their support.
Made a deposit with the promo code "THIRTY". Bonuses were awarded only for 1 day, sixth part. There were no answers to the two requests for support.
Today turned for the third time. They answered quickly, but this is funny: they say that this is some kind of mistake, wait another 72 hours until the marketing department responds. In general, they were mistaken, and you are waiting for the second week.

72hrs is the standard reply I’ve been getting... that was:

1. Waited 72hrs for their review for pending cashout;

2. Asked online support what was the issue, previous cashout were near instant. Told send docs to verify account;

3. Waited 24 hours (support “assured” me once uploaded it would be resolved with urgent priority);

4. Online support told me once again to wait 72hrs for verification to complete.

Asked online support for some tickets, starcodes, anything so I could do something other than keep logging in to PS / neteller to check on status. Was courteously told to go away, nothing they could do. At this point I’m just assuming the bots populate not just the tables but also online support is some form of AI-enhanced bot :mad:

I have never had such problems with PokerStar. I always on time, for 24-36 hours I received all the answers to my questions. On the contrary, I believe that the pokerstars Support service is one of the best. But in my opinion, ACR has the worst support service.

I too have been waiting for a response from Stars Support over a matter of Bonus tickets. It's been over 48 hours. I guess I'm not used to waiting that long. :turtle::turtle::turtle:

When dealing with online stores, the communication with their support team usually happens very quickly. I'm not saying PokerStars support is bad, it's just not great! :call2:

I don't think poker stars support is that bad. I am sure that the championship and the worst support is intertops and 888покер. On PokerStars you will not believe a man, but report it quickly)

I have to say that the customer service from pokerstars actually doesn't exist. I am honestly at a lost for words as to how a company of this size has the worst service I have ever experienced.

The live chat function has dissapeared so you are forced to email, the only option. And they don't reply for over 72 hours. I have spent £16000 with them in 4 months and I am treated as if I am doing them a favour? I have repeatedly tried to ask questions and to no avail

How many people experience this? Is it just that they have a total monopoly and can afford to just ignore everything? Or do you have to be a youtube or teampro to actually get listed to?
It depends about what you write to them . If they don t have an answer to your question they won’t answer. If it s not something really important and really happening in your account they won t answer .

Hi. Maybe the customer service was not the best. What I can assure is that they have improved it a lot thanks to the complaints they had.

Its getting worse indeed at Pokerstars.
I played much more then before and getting rewarded less.
For example, I used to deposit about 100 euro for a 10$ bonus, now its more than 350 euro deposit for less bonus because I am a 'VIP' whatever that means.
My chest was (highest level) 20000, now its 30000 for the same chest.
I complained about it and got the following reply:
(they say it is not all bad news and that they are there to help and that they do it according players feedback) Now tell me do you really believe players asked to be ripped off even more then before?
I do not feel taken myself serious @ Pokerstars

I fully support you. About a month ago, I sent an email to the pokerstar support service in connection with the name change. when registering, I did not enter my data correctly and a year later I noticed an error and wanted to fix it. But my message was answered that the letter is in the queue. Two weeks later, I again decided to repeat my message, but they answered that my first message was still waiting in line. and it turns out that you need to wait for months to fix something.

Unfortunately I agree about the attendance of Poker client stars think the bad quality and format via email might have other contact channels to facilitate communication.

Also think the support software should be banned from the game as they make the very technical and getting totally game GTO all optimize the game there is more intuitive played virtually by itself have such software support I think they are useful tools for those who play many screens but hinders the recreational game and even makes it easy for players with software and makes it difficult for players who play without this support

Pokerstars support is unresponsive

On August 28 my pokerstars account was frozen - message gave the email address for "support". They replied after about 16 hours explaining that they thought my account had been hacked and requesting documentation to prove that I was the account holder.

Five days later - no response, even after two additional emails from me requesting confirmation that they received my documents. There appears to be nothing I can do but wait

Unprofessional and disappointing.

I see that we are all satisfied with pokerstar, maybe yours is an isolated case and for some reason it was not reflected in you, sometimes we must be patient, nobody is perfect.

Not that CS is unresponsive, but I’m not sure how you’re dropping 16k in months and getting zero replies.

Freeroll nobodies are obviously getting replies so why not you? Are you professional in what you’re asking or are you throwing a tantrum?

I’ve done both and gotten both treatments. Quick replies and no replies. I’ll let you figure out which replies get which responses

My experience with pokerstars has been totally different than yours,they always replied in maximum 24 hours since the email was sent to them.

Often there are problems with the application on the Android and the support service does not work very well, they either send it or you have to write it several times, but still one of the best

Hi there! I long time play at PokerStars: this my basic and favorite poker site. Hence I will to speak only about myself. How many times
I communicated through Email with the different customer services PokerStars for the all time, the all problems that arose were decided.Yes, for different periods of time depending on problem, but decided positively for me and operatively. But since at PokerStars play most of all people, everybody have your history relationships with services this poker room... I told only my history relationships with different customer services PokerStars for long time...:D

I've personally not had a problem. My queries are always answered in less than a day. This is the first time i heard that support wasn't good.

what can be done to stop a player, Landlady Dumars, from talking about my wife on the tables, she passed away in 2020, and he makes fun , it isn't right.

I agree with you. Their support service is getting worse and worse every year. Half a year ago, I also contacted them and I also waited 48-72 hours for a response. In my opinion, this is irresponsible.

It's always annoying when something doesn't work properly, but it can happen.

In all the years I've been playing on PS I've never had any serious problems and the service has always been great.

My last payout was not long ago, it was in my bank account within 24 hours, that was a record and without a credit card just as a normal bank transfer and I have not deposited thousands of euros there until today.

For me PS is still the best poker site because I had more problems at other sites before I even started playing.
