I donked out my most of my cash in a HU match.. dunno why I did it, even if the guy was a huge donk...

But I worked it from 5 back up to 42 playing 4 of the 2c/4c tables at once..

Well, I believe Costadel is ruining my poker play.... I have started playing a whole new game to make profit off all of the donks...

Basically it goes down like this... I limp in whenever i can with just about any hand.. (People barely ever raise preflop...) Suited connectors are my fav, because after the flop people with top pair only min raise.... great odds to call each time...

Do i raise preflop ? Nope. Almost never, only with JJ+... with AQ AJ most of the times i wont... I wait for the big monster hands, and at CDP you just about always get paid off huge on them.. so i wait on those hands, double or even tripple up..... Oh and I rarely bluff unless its obvious that someone is bluffing.. but other then that i dont bluff

Its been working great for the past two days...

Doesn't work as well for me at stars, to many people raise big preflop, and raise big with top pair on the flop... messing up my odds to call with draws or even just one pair.

Oh i glanced over your other post I thought you had said you were super aggressive.. musta read it wrong

But with two days played, its worked amazingly so far at CDL... up 35 bucks ish... doing 3 tables at once like this..

I feel like the makers of super man when they made the comic book about splitting the atom to make a super leet weapon, when the american gov' was already working on that in secret... and they had to stop printing that edition.

Oh btw I don't see any new messages..

Absolutely. I think Xife makes a good point about the bluffing, too, when you are playing with bad players.

Even though it seems counter-intuitive, you can really only bluff successfully against other decent players, because they are the only ones smart enough to figure the pot odds, and the only ones cool enough to lay a fair hand down.

FINAL STAGES & SPONSORED TOURNAMENTS

Well played, Xife.

Right Guys - Questionaire is out, Im waiting on a revised set of graphics for lots of pages on the site (should have it tonight) - and we are all set to start our advertising accross the internet for November 1st!!!

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Unfortionately it would appear that we cant advertise here on cardschat for the time being (as all those other lovely card rooms have the monopoly at the moment!) but that wont hold us back!

----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you guys would like to set up a regular Cardschat tournament I would be happy to add value to it, let me know what kind of thing you guys would like? ie. tiny buyin (1€), or average to medium 5€ to 20€, how many people you would expect, and Ill let you know what we can do for added money to the tournament.

Anyway, see you on the tables!

cheers,

martin.

I would suggest something in the 3 to 5 Euro range would be enough to keep the freeroll whores away, without also pricing out some of our membership.

Attendance is difficult to predict. Quite a lot of CC members are Americans and therefore excluded. :( But at least those members who have tried the site all seem favourably impressed. At a wild guess, I`d say we might see 30 to 50 players.

I don`t see a problem with that, but we should get feedback from the other members, and maybe wait to see how the Beta Tourney goes, before making decisions.

How will you confine it to CC members, Martin ? Will you need a list of members in good standing from Nick or one of the mods ? Or will you issue us a password ?

I haven't received my questionaire yet. :) :)

I would like to say that I really like the site, I have found a couple of itty bitty glitches which I am sure you know about:), the cards were turned around twice, however you could only count the dots halfway up on the card. I missed the game/hand number. Also only once, the cards were mixed up, the hand was over but the table cards stayed and I got 2 new pocket cards. There is a lot of foreign language spoken. I am not always chatty so its not too big of a deal as long as they aren't trying to cheat......:) .
I would really love to see you add a hand history.

This is the first site that has has such a variety of games (that I have played on). I am learning new games:D . I have had a hectic week, but I have managed to play quite a few games, although they can be interupted here.
I will await the questionaire!!!
Cheers
Trish

There is a hand history feature, Trish. You can find it on the menus in the main lobby.

You`re not the only one who hasn`t found it. Maybe this is a pointer to Martin that it needs to be flagged up more clearly.
