Really enjoying playing on partypoker lately with all the great games and promotions,:top:
Is there a possibility to change this ticket please for tournament dollars if no games are going to be in the lobby before it expires on 7th December?
Or are games going to be in the lobby or is there another fix here please?

In my country, the Coral poker could not be downloaded right now that merging with party poker will be downloadable?

Under hughblair's instructions I just went to screenshot my inactive $11 millions ticket due to expire on the 7/12 only to find it has now disappeared?

Every day I checked and it was constantly inactive.

Can you do anything to resolve this please?

I'm a little sad about this to be honest!

I too am in the same boat.
Every day I've been checking my inactive tickets, to see if I'm able to use up the $11 ticket... but haven't been able to as there haven't been any games running.
Today I went to check for it & it was gone

For me it is like a complete snow, it was so unexpected. I wrote wherever possible, there is no answer yet. I talked with online chat, they don’t know the reasons only for the fact of account blocking.
I hope you can help me.

You don't mention what country - possibly with the merge, you will be able to play via partypoker but unlikely any restrictions Coral had in place are changed

I was under the impression the team had replaced all $11 tickets with T$

Not to sound like a whiner, but this kind of info should really be shared with those affected. It took me two weeks of looking to find this out, in this thread, because so many people had asked. I now know to look at my T$ balance - that's pretty straightforward, but I never thought to look there. I was too busy searching my Transactions (which show nothing) and my Tickets tab which only indicates that my ticket disappeared.

Agreed,it is great to have you here.I see the ticket has been converted to T$ and it is very much appreciated.I had pretty much given up on online poker to be honest.....severe discons for about a week now,hardly been able to get a look in anywhere and ive been so angry and frustrated at those stars 65#@#s for taking 4 deposits at once then blocking my account as i said they would when i moaned about it.Very impressed with Party swingin these T$ for us,honestly it was such good timing,i was ready to throw my lappy through the window and walk away forever,now i have at least one place worth playing at if the powers that be let me stay connected long enough,lol...omg...i tell you....you would not believe,thanks again.

Customer service is the best contact point and they are available 24/7 - they could have reviewed and advised had you reached out to them

The $11 ticket was converted on the 4th - you then used the T$ to register for a tournament - the $11 deepstack $3K gtd tourney

I did the $250 deposit tonight & received my $109 ticket for Online MILLIONS satty. So I guess I need to wake up early to check the lobby in hopes there's something I can use it on.
(it really would be soooo much nicer if a player/ customer could plan their satellite play in advance... I know I'd be playing soooo much more on PP if I could figure out when the games are running)
