It's the PP version of Spin 'n Go. Just register and play two donkeys in a hyper turbo for whatever amount they say it is for, winner take all. I turned mine into $18 in about five minutes.

Now you've got me thinking that I might be steering you wrong. SNG Hero, SNG Jackpot, the names aren't making any sense. That's how I felt when I won the ticket. I just clicked on the "Use Now" and it turned into the three way hyper turbo for a prize that was determined after reg. Proprietary names for essentially the same thing from site to site are some of the many 21st Century pitfalls that make me wish there was a better way. I cannot imagine a game like the one I played being "unavailable"

EDIT: Well this clears it up. When I go to "Transaction History" I see this: Taken from $3 Sit & Go 3-Handed... I can't make it any larger. I don't know what I played exactly.

I have just new registred on partypoker. Can I start to play freerolls without first depozit in this room as on pokerstars for example?

for me it is 3pm (I think.. ?? .. I hope, lol).

Pt. counter is easy enough to follow in the main lobby.

I obtained at least my min. 1pt. each day but a few of the prizes weren't awarded. Not a real big deal though.
Today's though for the 25th (which I typically do the day before as I usually get that 1pt. in the first 15mins. after '3pm' ).
It says we don't need any pt. today but then nothing shows up for today's prize for me either.

Programm issues

Hi

Your room have nice tournaments but your programm is just terrible.

Here r some issues

- programm is very slow. Slow lobby, slow opening of windows and change of tables. When my table change there is freeze on other tables, I cant play on them.

- action section doesnt work (cause my provider ban it, russian providers ban poker sites as u know, but I have no such problems in other rooms). To find out what is new in actions I need to open mirror site in browser)

- sometimes dissapear buttons in tournament window at first game I'm plain

I think u should change your technologies of programming. Your programm is previous century now. Look at stars, they have almost ideal program.

Partypoker has actually improved immensely over the past year!

Have you tried a full removal and reinstallation of the software?
Are you 100% you have the latest version running

Did you get your's resolved... or find out what was happening? (I didn't )

Whats the username?
Did you PM myself or speak with the customer service teams? The issue was resolved in the day though some indeed missed the ticket
If you logged in and there is no ticket I will add it however I need a username to check the account

The promo is live every Monday - relevant users are sent an email with the link or can claim under Promotions in the lobby
It can not be claimed until live on Mondays
