I just read you are gonna move out from the Hungarian market because of the direct deposit and withdraw sanctions from credit cards.
My issue is I have money on my account, although I need to verify myself in a very limited time to be able to transfer to a non-existent (yet) skrill or neteller. I do not have bills on my name, and the last message I get which shows my adress is older than 3 months, but I get it in this year.
So my questions are: In this case, where obviously time is running out, can you accept my message which is 5-6 months old?
Is there an option to P2P transfer without verification for me?
If the answers are not, what will happen to my money?

It always makes me laugh. poker sites take your money instantly with no verification but if you dare try to withdraw
money suddenly you have to jump through hoops because of "Regulations" to get "YOUR" money back. It's a joke.

I've NEVER had a problem withdrawing funds off of partypoker. In fact it's been one of the easiest sites to do financial transactions with. I've probably played on 3 dozen poker sites in the past 16years. There are only 2 other sites I did business with that were as simple as Partypoker.

Why partypoker you ran away from Poland because of our ridiculous old gambling law? Everyone disregards this law because they know that it has no legal force against poker. Some poker rooms such as pokerstars, GGPoker, unibet and others had no problem with this and are available in our country and you are not. Why can they and you can't? What were you afraid of?

Our competitors may opt to work differently, however, our decision is final and part of our Safer Poker plans put in place 2021

I received an e-mail saying that partypoker won't be available in new zealand after the 18/19th of August. The only reason offered in the e-mail was that it was a management decision. I was wondering if you had an idea of why they're doing this and shed some light on the situation. I enjoy partypoker a lot and will miss it when it's gone.
Also heard a rumor that partypoker might be winding up it's business, so that would explain it.

Hi I can confirm PartyPoker will remove its services from New Zealand end of August
I have nothing further to offer I am afraid except its a business decision from our umbrella brand ENTAIN, who stated in 2022 they would only offer gaming services in countries which are fully regulated and licenced going forward
We closed 8 countries in Jan, Hungary closed end July and NZ appears to be a follow up from this planned activity
Regarding "rumours" of PartyPoker closing in full, this is indeed a rumour I believe I have heard no such story and I believe ENTAIN value PP as our long-standing poker brand which has been running since 2001

Getting close to partypoker finishing up in New Zealand. Just hoping to confirm with you, in the e-mail I received, it said that all loyalty points will be converted to cash. Does that mean that Party Dollars will be converted to cash or were they talking about other loyalty points?

To my knowledge, no ENTAIN will only operate in fully licensed markets going forward - should the market change regulatory requirements it may be considered, but if its not 100% open and regulated - ENTAIN will not offer services

im a frequent user of the android App and used it many many hours already. here some quick thoughts:
in general this app is great, its very smooth and everything runs well. BUT: sound configuration of that android version is very very bad.
- whenever i win part of a pot there is a very loud winning noise. it sounds like i just won 100 millions and the cash gets directly thrown at me. this noise is so annoying, it honestly makes me want to quit the app sometimes. i tried to ignore it and use it as a sign that i won a pot when im not watching the runout (i do that often). so that sounds came up again after an allin and i thought i won....only to see my stack at 0.01bb (i won the side pot). makes zero sense to bring up a loud winning noise after i basically lost my stack. its also silly if u play and have people around you. they are like: "wtf just happened, did u just win a lot of money?"
- when throwables are turned off in settings, the sound of the throwables is still there. a few days ago someone constantly throwed something at me and i had to hear that noise over and over for like 5 minutes every second untill i decided to mute my phone completely.
please fix at least the sound of the throwables when they are turned off. makes zero sense at all that i have to hear them when i have them turned off.

I tried to open the client today. Pop-up appears - "Update in progress".
It downloads the updates quite quickly, and after it reaches 100% the pop-up disappears for a second, comes back and starts downloading all over again. This repeats over and over, and over...
Yesterday everything was fine.
Similar thing happened a long time ago and I had to really srub Party off my PC's registers before installing again.
It doesn't look very professional when updates mess things up.

Just a few minutes after i wrote this there was an update on the app. And instead of fixing something, the sounds are now broken. Tested on 2 devices and i had to turn them on and off and restart the app to work.
Also there is 2 times the register button in the new lobby instead of a register and login button.
I mean ok. Does someone test these things before they get released?
