So I didn't get an answer back yet, other than automated responses, but 2 .50$ tickets appeared in my account.

It seems like a weird site to play. All those cartoon animals & throwing things at each other, seems geared for kids.

Am I missing something or is there no ability for taking notes on players or color labels, etc?

tell me why it takes so long to withdraw money? I concluded on January 23 at SKRILL. today is January 27th. but the request is still not even processed! although the site indicates that transaction processing is done within 48 hours

It takes up to 4-5 days and that usually working days.

These are available but you must double click on the player first.
Go into GAME DISPLAY then unclick ENABLE EXTRA VISUAL AND ANIMATIONS FEATURE and this will disable the throwing items feature.

Following up, 2 more 0.50$ tickets appeared today, so it seemed to be on track. And then just now I was going to play the second ticket and register, the program glitched and said I was not connected, although I have party poker open and it conveniently shows my internet connection at all times, and it was good. (My connection has been spotty lately due to a router issue after a firmware update got pushed on us, and I rely on the party poker internet connection meter to confirm ).
Anyway the software reconnected and suddenly my ticket was gone. Very odd.

Just to clarify, there is nothing in "my tournaments" , and it was supposed to be valid another 17 hours or so.

Nice of you to be openly receptive to critique and willing to improve you software!

I will get right into the issues I think have to be held with like soon :

1 The table window is very big and does not shrink to as little as other poker softwares. Also to have the nice features (avatar, ITM indicator...) I have to keep the window big!

2 the majority of the MTTs structures are too fast, even if there's a lot of 15 mins blinds levels, but we get from 10k/20k blinds to 15k/30k right away and to 20k/40k

3 The bounty display in PKO tourneys : why don't display how much a player gets when he KOs a fellow player

apart of this and some superficial stuff, I really appreciate playing on 888 poker

For my 888 account can you verify why I have no access to my account info. or no longer can use my gold tokens? I can log in and play the free roll games. I can see my 888 club info. I tried to contact help by email and nothing happens.

Just reinstall the poker client and that should sort it for you.

feeels like its fixed get beat no matter what hand or how good playing same crap from 888 going to throw in the towel and go els where this 888 is nothing but a joke.

I tried Blast today,that was a waste, total lottery game. 2 minute timer, then all in, kind of a joke. I was wondering how long the timer would be, it's not clear in advance of playing.

I was looking for an experience much more similar to pokerstars' or partypoker's spins , I was willing to accept a timer like 15 or 20 minutes or so, for a twist, but 2 minutes is not playable for any kind of serious player, in my opinion. With slow players at the table that could amount to just 2 or 3 hands before the lottery. Anyway you won't see my money on that again.


Also, I wanted to comment on FF2586's post

I totally agree with #1 , playing games on party poker & or pokerstars , while on 888 is a problem with the big little window.

and on #2- I felt the opposite way in the tourneys I played. Wish they played faster. So maybe that evens out.

Also , must say finally I am tempted by the offers. If I had more time to play I'd deposit,, maybe sometime soon. We'll see.
