with all due respect to the CardsChat team,i need to do this to show how 888s customer service works,bare in mind theyve asked me to express my concerns after reading my concerns in full....and bare in mind this is what to expect from customer service...so here i am expressing my concerns where i know at least 1 person will read them......My email..well im very sorry i gave 888 another try.it is obvious that although i have deposited twice i am not being treated like any other paying customer and as such am requesting full refund and account closure please.i have deposited twice and not been able to play in depositors freeroll....im a depositor am i not?also missing 4 $3000 freeroll tickets and a $1cash prize all from ya spinny wheel show,...so i am not happy at all with the service or product and would like to request full refund and account closure please........Their reply...... Baring in mind that ive sent multiple requests for missing tickets and they only gave me the last one which was a 10c blast ticket lol and no explaination of where the other tickets went and baring in mind that my last account was closed at around level ninety for "expressing my opinion" do you really think its wise to ask me to further "express my opinion.....so my reply....Are you refunding my money,wht ask me to express my concerns when you just read them exactly,here ill copy and paste my message from the bottom of what im typing on now if you want it all twice,,,,,,Adam Gill, ...
