New , better wheel in "Spin of the day" (Stars)

After the last update on July 30th, the Spin of the Day feature no longer appeared. Is anyone else having this problem?

Is has gone for me also. Can't say I'll miss it much as mostly won nothing with it, or rarely won spins giving pennies or nothing.

It’s gone for me as well. And I miss it as had some nice wins on it. But what’s better is when I contacted support through X they have completely ignored me after telling me to DM them still nothing. I’m totally disgusted with there help. It’s not like a don’t deposit regularly either ( around £200 ) a month. Which I understand is a drop in the ocean but it’s the principle.

I got this answer from Pokerstars support: "We are aware of an ongoing issue preventing players from accessing the ‘Spin of the Day’ product. Our Specialists Team is currently working hard to reach the best solution as soon as possible. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused!"

Thanks for the info, my friend! I was surprised to see today that Spin of the Day is already available to me! I immediately turned the wheel and, yes, I didn't win anything. So we can consider that PokerStars maintenance work, which was running for 9 days, ended today.

I do seem to get free spins a lot more than the 6 percent in the above table so maybe it is different for different countries. I have only made about 30 cents in two months though so I guess it is just a little bit of free entertainment they are providing and thats about it.

Spin of the day lol 😆 it’s more like scam of the day. Yes I have won but I think it’s ridiculously rigged .because yesterday I played it and the wheel stops when it wants a not a smooth stop . The speed that it was going it should not stop that sudden.

This also happens on other platforms! I've noticed that, physics is sometimes strange

This is caused because of server/internet problems and has nothing to do with "rigged". Free offers are basically never scams.

So 2x No.
