I play on several sites, mainly pokerstars but now I am clearing bonus on CDPoker.
My list of sites "never to be played at again" just got a little longer though as MansionPoker joins Absolute and Ultimate Bet.

It seems that regulation from somewhere is in order for this to stop. Either the US or Europe should regulate and put up some rules for these sites to follow, or shut them down. I read the above, laughing all the way, but know it was probably real frustrating and only leads to the myth that online poker is fraudulant. Good luck getting your dough.

Any, yes the EUIGA (whatever) is bullcrap, but don't tell me that they can find a way to get my money but not a way to send me my money.
That's just wrong, they can give you a million ways to fund your account but then make you jump through 5000 loop holes to cash out and then blame it on legislation???? Come on now!!

This has to be one of the funniest threads I've actually read on here (Besides The Jokes Of The Day Thread). I seriously enjoyed reading every minute of this entire thread, and actually read everything posted on here.
My favourite is how they kept coming up with multiple excuses, "If it was'nt your Swift code, it was your BSB code, and if it was'nt that it was your email address, if it was'nt that it was your I'D, if not that it was your Credit Card Company, if not that it was they misplaced your I'D, if not that, they never recieved any email from you"

Wow I played on Mansion poker never put money on the site, but really thought it was an ugly site to begin with and just deleted it all-together.
The really funny part about the whole thing is it was only $247 at max, ROFLMFAO

i didnt read the whole thread, but it is illegal for them to credit it back to your cc if you are from the us
also, i hear the nightmares about people having to play this game with showing ids and stuff to withdrawl
luckily i have only played on stars for the most part and they never made me do this

Same sort of thing happened to me recently on Titan even though I had withdrawn from them in the past without problems. Guess ipoker sites are just tightening their procedures. In the end I sent Titan some documents and was able to withdraw but it was stressful with poor communication throughout.

I'm getting exactly the same problem with Mansion at the moment over £500.
They are saying my documents don't pass their security checks. When 5 other ipoker (Bluesquare,betfred, titan, Cdpoker, grandslam)companies have accepted the scan documents i sent mansion.
So now i sent photographed versions as they requested and they still havent got back to me. I spoke to someone called heiko O on the live chat thing.
He said 'we never recieved the documents'. I said 'I sent them wednesday. Then he said 'ohh actually yeah they was declined on friday.' I said 'ok so why havent I recieved any email confirming this yet? Also what is wrong with them? He said 'the utility bill date isn't recent its over 3 months old.' I said 'you are a liar that date is dated for this year.'
So basically I have been blantantly lied to. I even checked the dates on all the bills i sent. I've even sent photographs of my passport, drivers license, both my bank cards front and back and a utility bill and they aren't accepting none of them.
This company is absolutely disgusting.
Luckily for me someone I know used to work for a sponsor company who actually use Mansion so he is used to dealing with them all the time. He is going to sort it out for me. I will let you know how he gets on.
I actually think they should be shut down because they are deliberately making it hard for people to get their own money! Bunch of con artists in my opinion!
I tried to phone them today but it seems their call centres are in india or somewhere and they can't even speak English very well!! So I hung up on that. The woman couldn't even get my user name right!
