This is indeed not optimal to say the least. Did you reach out to CS about this? You need to improve this, because the application's resource consumption is terrible.
Look at this (single table game). This is insane.

Hey 👋 @TeUnit, I believe so, perhaps in the upcoming year. WPTG president Alex Scott recently spoke about it in a pokernews interview. Will you be serving any new jurisdictions in the near future?
Hey @Debi. @neverbluff0799
And everyone else. Followed up with the team to get some clarification about the reason for the changes that were made to the free rolls.
These free rolls were part of an exclusive CardsChat holiday promotion for November and December; WPTG had no say which tiers of CardsChat members could participate in every daily free roll. So, it's totally up to CardsChat to limit the number of participants in the first place.
Following up on January and February, we decided to keep them as a courtesy and continued running them despite, at times, very low daily participants, as I'm sure @EmptyHouse can testify from his post, crushing these at an impressive rate. 🦈
For future reference , I would love to come up with other benefits for the most dedicated participants in the CardsChat community, AKA Silver and Platinum members.
Do you have any Ideas for a preferred format?
@BigDice75 @doom @LUKADONCICMVP @KrazyKoo @TulasMoreno @Tammy @nba2009 @roberto51 @GNuTTz @finaltable1 @Sschafell @balo @
Thanks for the Idea!Just an idea i had.Why not give silver and platinum members some free ticket for ur existing freerolls like the king of cash or smth like that without having to do the challenges?
It's in the works with the regulators. I believe this should happen in the near future but can't share an exact date.Any plans on returning to the mexican market @Ami_WPT Global ?
Thanks
Hey @romerim , Sry about that. I don't see a reason to why they would refuse a legitimate withdrawal request.I stopped playing on WPT, because they refused my withdrawal, asked me to deposit and play all my deposit, but I had already done that. So for me, a house that refuses to pay is fraud.
My nickname is Romerim, and I had already made several withdrawals, so I decided to ask to close my account. It has been some time.Hey @romerim , Sry about that. I don't see a reason to why they would refuse a legitimate withdrawal request.
I would love to look into it further and assist. You can drop your user here or in private, and i can check with CS.
Thank you. I'm checking with CS for more details. My nickname is Romerim, and I had already made several withdrawals, so I decided to ask to close my account. It has been some time.
I would like to thank you for your goodwill, as support didn't pay me the slightest attention.Thank you. I'm checking with CS for more details.

A simple question: Will my withdrawal be released or not? Or every time I deposit I have to make this requirement, as this is not the case in any other casino. My pleasure, we do care, and I'm sorry for your bad experience.
Ok. Looked into this with CS. As you mentioned you were able to withdraw funds successfully before without a hitch.
The reason you were not able to do that on your last deposit is because you didn't put the deposit into action (wagering requirement).
There are a few reasons why you must wager your deposit before withdrawing, the main and most crucial one being money laundering laws that we must abide by. I'm sorry again for the unpleasant experience it was not intentional and I hope you give us another go in the future.
This is a very confusing thing, because everywhere I play the requirement is just once, as soon as you have purchased that requirement, any withdrawal after that is released. My pleasure, we do care, and I'm sorry for your bad experience.

Yes, you must at least put your deposit at play every time you deposit. Here it is from our Terms & Conditions:A simple question: Will my withdrawal be released or not? Or every time I deposit I have to make this requirement, as this is not the case in any other casino.
Thanks for the question @puzzlefish it's an important one. Please allow me to check with our team and updateHi Ami,
I've recently started seeing human verification prompts start to show up in WPTG. Is this a recent addition to the platform and will WPTG be transparent about how many bots are being intercepted on the site?
Thank you, I asked to reopen my account.Yes, you must at least put your deposit at play every time you deposit. Here it is from our Terms & Conditions:
"6.3.2. Any subsequent amount deposited on a Player's account must be wagered at least one time in full to be eligible for a withdrawal."
As I mentioned before, there are multiple reasons why this happens. I don't know about other places, but anti-money laundering laws are strict everywhere (or most places). Regardless of those laws, these wagering requirements also prevent fraud and protect our ecosystem (and the players in it) from abuse.
Are you pleasantly surprised?I'm surprised that the minimun buy in to cash games is $5. Or it maybe is my filter.
