pokerstars has fallen off, lost my vote as the greatest platform

pokerstars has been in decline for years... in recent times it has been more noticeable. I had also made all my deposits and withdrawals on that platform, but since last year I stopped doing so. greetings and good hands.
Did you guys read more than the headline? The thread is about OP having his account restricted and investigated, because he is suspected of fraudulent activity like collusion and/or multiaccounting? So you are basically saying, that sites should allow such cheating and not investigate potential cases?

If you haven't broken the rules, if you're a decent player, they should unlock your account. I hope they will understand that they are wrong about you and the problem will be solved. But you, in turn, do not give up, keep writing to them, you should not lose hope.

PokerStars was my favourite place to play at. It’s where I have made all my deposits. But never again. They have now restricted my deposits and withdrawals saying I had some sort of association with a player I’ve never even heard about. I emailed and said I know nothing about that player. 10 days later they reinstated my deposit and withdrawal privileges. I made at least 5 more deposits no problem, then when I won and wanted to cash out, I can’t. They once again say everything is suspended because of some made up association I have with that same player. I messaged them again explaining my frustrations and confusion as to why this is happening again and 3 days later I get a email saying the same bull***t but with a different random players name.... so frustrating and disappointing.
What am I supposed to do? Just move on cause they clearly don’t care?? Ugh
Hi, ktcakes! And in what the problem?!. Try to play and on the other poker sites, and may be somewhere You luck more! That go ahead!

Obviously the frustration is understandable, and if OP has significant money sitting on the site, it would be nice for him to be able to get it out. But still a thread like this is basically like saying:

"I am so disappointed with the police. They investigated me for child abuse, then laid down their investigation, but now they are carrying out another investigation!"

To which the only reasonable response from someone not knowing the facts would be:

"Ok that sucks, but if you are innocent, I am sure, your name will be cleared again. And if you actually did abuse a child, then the police are just doing their job, and you will need to accept the consequences of your actions."

if players do not break the rules on the sites and there are no suspicious account activity and various transfers, I think everyone should remove if they were wrong, you just need to convince them of their mistakes and then you will be able to use all the rules as before, there may be some mistake I hope everything will work out

I used to love pokerstars, but over time the site has only been getting worse in many aspects while other sites have been improving and helping players

Another one who only read the headline? The thread is not about the quality of PokerStars. Its about OP having his account restricted and investigated, because he is suspected of cheating. But maybe you think, cheating is ok, and that sites should never investigate potential cases?

I make transfers with one other player, my fiancé. I have never sent or received one from anybody else. And I have never created or played in a home game with friends. ( not even really sure what that’s about, first time hearing of that)... I have however ended up at the same table as my fiancé maybe a handful of times. We do play a lot, but this has been over the course of a year approximately.
This is where you have the big problem.
The sites are regulating the issue of multi-accounts, especially playing at the same tables.
I have been playing on PS for more than 15 years and I always have the same account.
I have made multiple withdrawals from my only and first deposit of US$10 and they have never caused me any problems. On the contrary, every time I withdraw it doesn't take more than 1 hour to deposit it into my account.
The problem is that PS does not take into account whether it is your fiancé on the other account, but directly relates it to a possible cheat, playing 2 accounts on the same table is too much of an advantage over other opponents.
Nor have I ever made or allowed transfers from other accounts to my account.
I mean, in my case it is very personal and since I make a living from poker I take it very seriously.
I think that possibly your solution would be to make a new account, with a new email, and not relate that account to your fiance or to anyone. Then I think you wouldn't have any more problems.
For me PS has not changed at all other than it just has many fewer players than a long time ago when it was the top poker site.
Today their businesses revolve more around live poker than online poker, it seems to me.
Also don't worry, because there are multiple places to play as safe as PS was for you.
At least I've only been playing on PS for a while and now I've been playing on GG for more than 6 months and I really like it.
Greetings

I think they have detected that you have played with your boyfriend at the same table and they often make transfers between players, I think that has caused them to sanction you, you should give information about that to pokerstars.
