Hello Bradbeer, we really need a screen capture of what you are seeing, also we received some reports from players with windows 10 that experienced issues downloading the app, and they tried with windows 8 version and perfectly works, please follow this steps:

I have totally cashed out and left ACR, too many problems for too long, so shady.

ACR is a verified scam. I have screenshots of a coding glitch during this weekends 2 day slots leaderboard tournament. I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars during this tournament and never rewarded the advertised free spins.

I've been reaching out to customer service for 3 hours with no response or attempts to fix the issue... except a generic slot machine error response... the error isn't in the slots... it's in the tournament code... either way it's cost me hundreds and several hours later still no reply. For a supposed reputable casino... this is awful PR... I have screenshots of my points and ranking and the glitched achievement medals showing 99% when I'm way past 1200 points


Anyhow. Stay away. This site is a clear scam. Or at the very least, not reliably coded and thus not recommended for any gambler who intends to profit.

I repost if they ever reply. Otherwise, catch me on reddit and potentially fox 5 news.

I just bought a new HP windows laptop, loaded ACR and it will not open and run. I get a connection message to the client server although my diagnostic test, ensured I am not having connection issues. It was a windows 11 S mode, I removed the S mode so I could download ACR in the first place. I followed the suggestion to uninstall, clear out cache/cookies and reinstall and the same thing is still happening. Any suggestion would be helpful...as I am really looking forward to playing in the ACR freerolls
