I have now played a few tourneys on the mobile app--I have learned to carefully watch the action as it goes around the table and if it stalls I go to arrow on top left and click on that--then i go to the bottom of that page and click on 'take my seat'--that usually gets me playing again for awhile
All rather annoying and I hope they fix it

Yes this works until it doesn't and just keeps silent disconnecting after every hand. But it will tell you when the blinds go up!

yes but they maybe follow one day who knows. but there is a good chance they are not, at least the big ones. we will see. i never talked about a big problem by the way.

ur point that sites get back freeroll winnings is simply not true. if someone cashes for lets say 5 dollars he has to buyin for around 50 dollars first untill the site gets their money back. sure they stimulate the traffic a bit but we are not talking employing.

The freeroll money stays on the site until it is mostly returned to the site. It's not just staying in one player's account - that $5 will go to other players in pieces until it gets divided and effectively dispersed. Yes, a single player may take $50 worth of buyins to generate $5 of fees, but in the mean time they will lose that $5 to other players who will also be using it to play on the site, etc. etc.

Disconnections all the time .

You have to switch manually between tables , you are not warned when it is your time to act in one of the other open tables

Not all freerolls are accessible at mobile app

I have played some special freerolls , some sngs , that's all

With these disconnections it's impossible to have patience and complete a MTT there .
You just switch to another app for few secs , and again disconnection

Wtf . They offer much in GTDs in games and in freerolls, yet they have garbage app for mobile . They want to be one of the top poker rooms , they do these twitch promotions lately so as to increase traffic , yet they do nothing to improve their connection stability issues or their mobile app

Too bad ACR rep is not here anymore . I would send them email , but then I remember last time I did this at pokerstars , later I started having issues by them lol

There was also an update to the app, so let's hope for things to get better.

One small improvement:
In the old app, it simply doesn't let me log in. In the new one at least it says they're down for maintenance. But obviously it's too much to ask to also program the end time, so it simply says "Please check back in 30 minutes" 🤣

The update is done and it looks like they only added some completely useless options under gaming experience. Still no playing in BB's, no custom betting buttons and no avatar change possible.

Totally agree and they also added Blitz poker. 😜

Thats sad to hear. Do you know any method of getting notifications for likes or answers without visiting cardschat directly? The reason i ask is because you are always so quick mein freund.

I think you can turn on email notifications but I have them turned off.

I'm just an addict being online 18/7 (6 hours of sleep). 🤣

Please do not jump to conclusions and misinform the members of this community. Personally, I passed the verification 2 years ago and it took 10 minutes - all the documents were accepted the first time. Moreover, this pokerroom used to cooperate with CardsChat and these were excellent freerolls. Many participants, whom I know, have withdrawn funds from this site in literally thousands of dollars. Perhaps you should contact their support team and clarify what exactly is wrong with your documents?🙌
