Well, the flawed rule in question isn't necessary to have a game. The rule could actually be much better. I could almost understand if player 1 has 100,000, player 2 has 90,000 and player 3 has 10,000, perhaps the low stack should get third place if player 2 and 3 are taken out simultaneously, even though they both really achieved 2nd place. 100,000, 50,0001, and 49,999 and equity should be given consideration. I guess that's asking a lot out of developers who are struggling to get past "configuring" lol. It probably works that way everywhere though, maybe even live tourneys, I just wasn't aware. It's good to know now, and the rules are the rules and I abide by them everyday. God bless you too.Yes. Rules are rules because without them we would all win meaning we would just break even. Need those rules to have a game. 1 chip more means that pile is bigger. Good or bad, we all win & lose by the same rule(s). GL in future games. Knowing the rules of the game you play makes you a stronger player.
GL & God bless. :bandit:
Saw that tonight myself. Closed and reopened a few times and it's working.Stuck at configuring again.....
I was playing in a $7 On Demand PLO8 tournament and it was down to three players. The winner took me and the other player out simultaneously with similar chipstacks. Is there a way that 2nd and 3rd place is determined? I'm not sure I may have been slightly out chipped and maybe that decides it? I was expecting a split of 2nd and 3rd place with the other player, but I ended up in 3rd place with 3rd place money. There is no tournament number that I saw but it ended at 1:47 am and was the only one I played all night. My player name is QuACEczar.
No error message, just after I enter my login password it freezes. Anyway, I fixed it my changing my computer. That computer had wondows ten, ACR seems to work relaitvely fine with windows 7, even though in beginning it gives ton of error messages.

Is there anything on the horizon about fixing the replay viewer? It doesn't show mucked cards, and you can't go back to previous hands. Thanks!
Looking for anyone else who has ever had an issue with Spin To Enter Tournament. Having a difficult time resolving an issue and support is just giving the typical run around.
Won a Spin to Enter a tournament but it never sat me at a table or registered me. $65 down the drain in the process to win it. Submitted requested information but was told some other department had to handle it and to wait for an email. Late Reg for the tournament was open until 7PM ( I made first contact at 1:24pm ) and funny enough I got a generic email response making reference to an unrelated tournament I had won an entry into via satellite at 6:59PM. Not happy at the moment how things are being handled.

Using windows, and no, there are no error messages. The Edit button is lit, and clickable. The validate email, and change password buttons are both grayed out and are not clickable.
Understood, could you please take a screenshot of the Cashier so I can make sure before I provide you the correct steps for fixing this situation.
The best information I ever received was. The spin and win game is a separate entity all together anything involving it is not handled by ACR support or casino support. You will not get refunded or even comped a tournament ticket it does happen from time to time where you win and don't get seated. Chalk it up to part of the gamble and move on. In the long run you'll still be $$ up on the entries unless you just go crazy all the time. Never do more than 20% of the entry cost of the tournament. Always do the dollar if you're doing anything $20 entry or moreLooking for anyone else who has ever had an issue with Spin To Enter Tournament. Is there ever going to be a deposit bonus on regular cash deposits again? It makes me Just scratch my head and think? What kind of crazy wants you to buy virtual money with real money in order to get more real money on a deposit? That's a special kind of special right there.Six Plus Hold’em (also known as Short Deck Poker) has arrived at Americas Cardroom.
This new twist on Texas Hold’em removes all 2 through 5 cards from the deck. It’s fast becoming a player favorite as it allows for bigger hands and bigger pots!
Six Plus Hold’em is now available in the cash game lobby, at all stakes. We’ve also created a detailed How to Play section, which includes a hand ranking chart on the website, here.
That's a tricky question? Are you successful at smaller tournaments already? When you say bigger do you mean larger field or bigger ( more expensive) buy-in? I'd say at least 15 times your buy-in amount. There's many different ways to go about it?I'm very interested in playing the bigger tournaments. What should my bankroll be?
ACR Rep—Is it possible the GI60 (gone in 60 minute) tournaments could ever return? I was surprised those didn’t last. I guess the bigger guarantees draw the most entrants, but I feel there is a decent group of players who hardly ever play in the 2-5 hour registration tournaments that would love a few more shorter registration tourneys sprinkled in that aren’t turbo and hyper. Pass that up the ladder for consideration lol. Thanks.
That has my balance, address, phone number...I don't know if you remember my posts about posting my IP address but this is a little much...why do you need a screen shot of something that I have already described?
Is it because I haven't deposited? I mean I have that problem everywhere...you're account is not treated like a real account until you make a deposit no matter how much money you have in it.
