Can we get this over with now.... You guys need security developers to prevent these from happening in the first place....
There seems to be common sentiment among twitter users that ACR is purposefully shutting down during large GTD tournaments in order to stop from paying overlays (when a guaranteed prize pool is more than the contributions via people who registered).
Do you guys feel there is any merit to this "inside job" theory? Im not a big conspiracy theorist but this feels almost viable, even profitable.
Is ACR up? I can't seem to log in still....

Sorry I just logged in did not try to play as I was working. Tried to sign up for a trouney and I couldn't open any trouney lobbies. Logged out and closed the App relaunched it and now I am back to the " configuring ..." screen stuck - oh well

Surprise, surprise. Another issue with the ACR client.
I have just joined a tournament and it is now showing "Connecting - resolving server name" and now my client is froze. I have tried restarting and the same issues.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I am completely over this and can no longer give ACR my business anymore. This is not how you conduct good business with customers. Time to cash out and go back to Bovada. Take care.

It’s beyond annoying. The most frustrating thing is I put a decent amount of time and energy in posting and meeting the requirements so I can play the daily CC freerolls, but I think I’m going to take an extended break and not bother wasting my time, energy or money attempting to play on WPN.
ACR sent a promotional email today about boosting the sit n crush prize pool so I thought maybe they were getting on top of this.

This past week ACR has been a nightmare, and it's the only poker site I play on...
I tried to log in just now but I definitely noticed that it's down...just really depressing and I feel like a lot of hands I was in got really messed up because of it.
In one tourney I entered I noticed that I lost a hand to another player even before I got a chance to act. I just don't understand what's going on...

Well at least I know now that it's not just me and this old computer of mine. I come on here earlier and some said it was working after uninstalling and reinstalling, so I done that and it still didn't come up, so I thought it was me. Well one thing is for sure. We are upset with all this, so we all should understand what a bad time they are having. I'm sure they are working their ass off to get it all worked out.

ACR you are either going to figure this out or change the compensation or I am out. 3+ hrs of play on multiple occasions with large stacks only to have a refund of buy-in is BS and is not going to cut it anymore. I am one of your biggest supporters but this is getting old and my time is worth more than a buy-in refunded.

I was on the 50k guaranteed the 25k guaranteed and two other tables with large buy in and now i can log back in.... is anyone else able to get back in and if so are the tournaments still running?

This has all happened over thenpast week or so..at this point tuerest jot evena way i can check tourney ids...all i know is im still missing all cash...is this ever going to be resolved or am i just out of the money acr took? I contact suppprt and get hung up on...i ask a rep here and you want all this info of something that happened ao many daus ago i couldnt get the info i i wanted...is this really how acr plans to act? I honestly cant believe how u guys are handling this..whats so hard about just refunding the money you giys caused me to lose? Is that really to kmuc to ask for? This shit is unbelievable

I called support this morning and they told me it would be in my account no later than the end of business today...... well still nothing

And another thing...21k layover in the 50 k gtd and magically a new ddos? How can u run a tournament with that kumu money involved and just cancel it in the middle of it? How can anyone possibly think a buyin refund would be acceptable compensation for such a monumentally stupid mistake...a mistake acr could have easily avoided nonetheless...how can you guys make mistakes like this and still not refund ppl their money? Like are u guys for real right now with this shit? Am i the only one who finds this completely insane? I feel like im going crazy
