I open this thread to share what seems to me total nonsense on the part of the 888 bonus policy.
When you get a bonus you have to generate certain bonus points to be able to release and withdraw that money. Bonus points are generated through rake. For every dollar you want to release you have to generate 3.5 bonus points. In 888 Poker, the bonus points are equal to 20% of the amount played. So to free $1 you need to play $17.5.
These conditions are ridiculous but that is not the scam.
The only way to generate bonus points is by using bonus money, not the "real" money you deposited. And the only way to use the bonus money is once the real money runs out.
Because if you withdraw the real money in order to use the bonus money, then the bonuses disappear and the winnings associated with it.
So if you really want to unlock a bonus, in addition to meeting those ridiculous rake requirements, you have to lose the money you deposited.
The worst thing is that I found out about this scam not through a deposit, but through a transferred money that became "bonus money", because it is established in the terms and conditions.
The conditions to unlock the transferred money are a little lower, 1 bonus point for $1, so I have to play $5 to unlock every $1. But I can't unlock it anyway because I have real funds that don't accumulate points.
And they tell me in the support that if I withdraw my real funds I can lose my transferred funds.
That is the scam. It is established in its policy, but it is no less scandalous for that.
