Congrats dokata on getting your check, my first one from carbon almost took 2 to get me mine. I haven't tried recently but hope when I do it has changed for the better, lol who am I kidding.

how long did it take, i just verified on that account

If your verification is good the first time then it shouldn't take long. Once I finally got verified it was only about a week. Other issues made it take months.

Ok just happen to be checking on my withdrawal, and it finally says Manual approval Required, it was saying processing before, so I hope this is a good thing.

This is a scam!
I've been trying to withdraw now for 7 weeks and still have not been approved! i've filled all the paper work sent them all the ID photos still nothing! and just today they canceled the Withdraw!!! DO NOT PUT MONEY ON THIS SITE!!!!

Ok this is week 3 and I have been told should have check between week 4 thru 6, hopefully this is true, if not I am gonna be so pissy, a dry diaper won't help.

Withdrawal from Carbon

Now its been 4 weeks and now they are telling me it could take longer. I have plans not to be at my address in the next week so I am at a point of what to do. Thier latest update to me was not encouraging:

Unfortunately the time frame we have as stated before is 4-6 weeks for any check withdrawal process.
Your withdrawal is on the priority list but it might still take some time to arrive.

I cant wait for the day when online poker is legal and the govt. is getting their vig, b/c withdrawals will be so fast and easy b/c all the major banks/casinos will have better control.

We all know its inevitable it will just take some time.

So my funds are on the way to me, or are you just saying this is one of your concerns, because my account say not yet approved and I got an email saying you need 2 more weeks. You say you like to be honest, well you first told me 4-6 weeks now its 6-8 weeks, how do I know it won’t increase. You state your new process partners are turning around withdrawals faster every week yet you tell me you need 2 more weeks how is that faster. I am in no way trying to be rude but work with me here, you write one thing yet another is happening. Don’t get me wrong your security process I think is acceptable, but I can do a background check on any person in the United States in less than an hour, (I did skip tracing for a living at one time) so I am not sure why the security process should take more than a few days. I guess your patrons would feel a bit more confident if they could tell by your updating our accounts that something was occurring, the entire time I have been waiting my account has said (Manual approval required), maybe if it said “security checking identification” then the next update was “security check completed forward for check printing” or something like that and then the one we are all waiting to see is “check processed and mailed”, maybe if we seen these notes we would be more confident that this is actually occurring. Right now all I know is that I have no control over whether I get my check or not and the fact that I know there is a history of US Players never seeing their winnings. it all of merge network that is doing this..
i just did a request 2 week ago with pokerview and my first one was not accept, so now i did all the req. stuff for them and req, another withdraw again 2 weeks ago and still in manual approve mod still...hope I do get it, cause i can not stand merge or any of it skins...so i am closing my accounts with them

OK I am in 7 weeks and no check yet, no approval, no contact from a Carbon representative, basically I know no more that what I knew when I requested the withdrawal, so if I get the check I will surprised. If I don't then I will start hollering from the roof top.

Ok entering my 8th week, previously I asked Carbon about changing my address as I reside In Georgia during the winter months, before they told me if I changed my address the withdrawal process would have to start from scratch now they tell me if I change my address my check will still process in the 4-6 wks they state it takes, so I guess they are saying its going to take 12 weeks no matter what I do.

Any way we can get a Carbon rep here? Stars and bodog (maybe other sites as well?) have regular contact with us, which makes so much sense, as we are their customers. I know that even tho I have issues with bodog and their stance on tracking software, I still have my account there and play occasionally, and one reason (other than the fish...lol) is that I know, through bodogbecky and her quick responses and help here, that they can be trusted and issues are addressed and ofter resolved. poker stars has been very helpful, and they dont need to be to remain the biggest site. It only makes me more secure to play there.

Carbon - Merge .- We are your your target group, your customers. You seem to not care. It reminds me of the bad and slow service people sometimes complained about with FT and UB, who turned out to be place better avoided.

Should we avoid you as well??? If you would let us know, we might trust you more.

I, for one, no longer play at Carbon directly because of this thread.

Do you want to change that, or do you really not care????

(Yea, they may never see this, but,. hey, stars has as many tables as I need. I, as a non-US player, would love to play the US market again, but not at Carbon or Merge if they are so uninterested in the issues players have with them)

If anyone knows where I can forward this to so that a rep sees it, I will....... Let me know.

Not everyone is as awesome as BodogBecky.

We actually had two Carbon reps here (CarbonAtil and CarbonChris). They created a support thread just after Black Friday, but then stopped showing up to answer questions. :(

Edit: I've sent a pm to them both directing them to this thread. If that doesn't work, I will email Atil.
