Money in the poker room is “almost” your money

They claim my account isn't yet verified. I send the documents mulitple Times. Which is btw also a pain in the Ass cause their system is so buggy it won't let me upload anything... Had to write emails and send it there .
Then they claimed they aren't allowed to open attached files due to security reasons lol.

So basically just lame excuses. I gave it up.
I only play freerolls there and small MTTs with tickets or prizemoney I won in CC games .

But there was a time where I played highstakes blast with much success . Even won 500 for 2nd in LB once.
In total it was around 1500 I wanted to withdraw.
That was 4 years ago.... maybe even more ...

so it's better to find out the most important thing before playing poker on a site
Can you withdraw money without any problems
sometimes everything works fine for about 2 years, but suddenly something changes
I know that sometimes there are problems with withdrawing money, but it is unfair from the poker site

Everything is relative. For example, I have never had a problem withdrawing to 888. I deposit on this site about 1 time a year, and I withdraw money without any problems. But I don't use different promo codes and stuff because all these bonuses have additional withdrawal requirements.

Weird. I remember sending them documents via mail years ago and they accepted them. I think if u try and try again and everything is in order they will finally accept it. Untill then i would no more play there. There is no point in playing somewhere where u might never see the money that u won.

I actually think its pretty shady that they let u continue to play if the verification did not work. U are basically playing for "them" now since u can collect money from the playerpool. Money that is going to them since i highly doubt they would reimburse anyone affected if u indeed cant cashout.

This will be an anti-advertising for 888, but also for other poker rooms, I honestly won my money, but they didn’t let me withdraw half of the money (about more than 1k dollars) the rooms are not interested in you withdrawing, they are interested in you playing (rake) they could benefit advertising me, like “the guy won over 2k dollars without investing anything.” Just remember... your money in the room is almost your money

I also play on 888, in my opinion it is quite a safe and good site. But I don't collect money in my poker account, I just withdraw 50 or 100 dollars and accumulate this money on my bank card. None of my withdrawals have been rejected, I have received all my money without any problems and I have definitely withdrawn more than $1000. So if you withdraw 50 or 100 dollars and do it regularly, then your money remains yours

When I verified my 888 account, I just uploaded the required documents via the server. The only issue was, one of my documents was to difficult to read, so I had to upload a new scan or picture. After 24 hours it was approved, and they never asked me for anything else, when I made multible withdrawals. So I can totally not recognize this picture of 888 being difficult to deal with. Only difference to pokerstars for me has been, that withdrawals usually take a few days more on 888, so they require a bit more planning. PokerStars is almost like an ATM here in sweden. Sometimes a withdrawal request made early in the morning can result in the money being in my bank account the same day.

Same here for me with PS withdrawals .
I suppose it's errors in 888's system.
It's their system which tells the employees what is required of you after all ..

I also know people personally who had never any issues with 888 but with other rooms like PS.

Bottom line... it's human error mostly when smth doesn't work no matter which room.
But I do think 888 is absolutely regressive in every regards ...in comparison to the other major rooms.
