carbon poker withdrawal problem

i requested a cashout for 2500 and now its over six weeks and i am still waiting. when i asked them about it they could not tell me a date when it would be sent, they said the delay was due to the high volume of cashout requests. sound like full tilt to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! any one else with the same issue?

lenny, see my prior posts...I still have not received cashout that was requested on Feb 18.

Their excuses are very weak..blaming the "processor." Pure BS, IMHO.
I quit playing there, when one wins, its a hassle to get your money.

Withdrawal on 3/1/2015 for $500 is still pending.

Just went through two different customer service chats to try and get some different answers and received nothing of substance. My complaints have been sent to "the management" whatever that means. Also said I would be eligible for some sort of bonus on the site based on how long I waited once I do receive my money. Which I think is BS. It's going to be a $5 free sports bet I just know it.

Anyways, I'm switching to Bovada this summer. Built a roll on Carbon from $30 to $1000 and I was pretty proud of myself, now I have to leave the site.

What's even sadder is when they keep running these promos that they can't even afford to pay out. On the bright side, I heard a few skrill cashouts were recieved today, however only RoW players can use Skrill, so it's no help to us Americans. Carbon is turning into the next Lock Poker and it's scary.

Update

I had a pending withdrawal since March 20, and received yesterday by Skrill, actually deadline for payment was April 3 and I received my payment yesterday, April 13, so a delay of 10 days.

As I said earlier, Carbon Poker has always paid my withdrawals at the right time, this was the first cash withdrawal of the year and there was this delay, however now it's all right.

The length of time it takes to get a cashout depends directly on the amount of cashouts requested. They cant cash out but only a certain amount of money at a time . Checks was always the longest mode of withdraw. E wallets were much faster but sadly there are no more available for myself as well as many others.

Update to my earlier post:

So I recieved the check on March 13th and deposited in my account. The funds were removed by the bank and they said it was a foreign collection so it could take 3 weeks to process. It is now a month later and there has been no update, so I have contacted the bank for an explanation.

Sounds like you have a beef with your bank, that sucks.

Final update:

The check finally was deposited back in my account, $36 lighter than when I deposited it. At least I got paid, I guess.

See my prior post! If you are going to help everyone on Carbon who has requested a Withdrawal and it has been over a month, you better go hire some staff to help you! Not everyone views this thread, or you would be deluged with requests, IMO.

DAKOTA, you seem to be defending Carbon..that is OK...But can you explain WHY is takes so long? Just what is so complicated in cutting checks and mailing them?

I guess Dakota, though offering to help, does not read these posts anymore.

As the above post stated Dakota is extremely busy and is currently feeling under the weather. I have no doubts she will get back to you and this thread.

Dakota wasn't 'defending' Merge. She simply stated that we shouldn't jump the gun immediately in fear because of Lock Poker.

She is our Admin here at Cardschat not a Merge employee so I doubt she knows why cash outs are taking longer then usual.

From reading a lot of posts on another forum, I wouldn't recommend on Depositing on Carbon. They just took away the Skrill Withdrawal option for ROW players, and payouts are taking many, many weeks. I hope they pay everyone who is trying the withdraw money from there.

I put 310$ for a withdrawal and i don't know what to do, they told me that skrill is might going to come back but there's no guarantee on this

Well I finally have a roll big enough to make a max withdrawal and was wondering if anybody here has already done this. I have less than 4 weeks to try and plan this CPPT event and was wondering if the check would arrive in time to arrange plans. I have never made a deposit or withdrawal and my account has already been verified. It sucks they have the bank wire option on the website but they claim it is unfortunately unavailable. It is very unlikely you will receive the check in time. A friend and I both have had pending cashouts for about $1.1k each. They were both sent on similar dates in March. March 4 for me. We've both contacted the network, but as of today check status hasn't changed.

You might not get your check in time for the event, but given the concern expressed in this thread, I'd recommend you request a Max withdrawal.
