Please be advised that under no circumstances can you deposit your check automatically (through an ATM machine, on-line, or check cashing center) as these checks will only clear when deposited manually with a teller.
To view your withdrawal details and tracking information go to the Cashier area. Under the Account History tab select Transaction Type: Withdrawals.
When going to collect and/ or deposit your money any mention that the funds are gambling related may prevent the money from being available. If asked, please confirm the funds as being a personal transfer.
If you have any further queries do not hesitate to contact us.

Typical, and it's not necessarily true, but it's definitely recommended that you use a teller. Have a story ready if you aren't comfortable saying that it's none of their business where the check's from. This is always the case in the US, no matter the site or bank.

Makes sense since they have to CYA in terms of getting attacked for funds by the DOJ. I am waiting on my first cashout. Will post once I get the check and cash it.

Nobody said that you wouldn't get your money, though. Are you deciding not to play in America at all? The circumstances spoken of above are going to be true for any US site.Thanks guys so much for this forum! I now know that depositing on the Carbon Site could be dangerous, to the extent where I wont get my money if I withdraw. Looks like I gotta build my bankroll using only freerolls(PS. Why do they only take visa and cash transfers!!?)

Carbon is safe I got my check pretty quickly Idk if it has cleared yet I just put it in the bank on Thursday and haven't looked to see lol

lol well tried to cash (deposit) a check from merge and my bank said no way they dont cash checks from canada. im glad i didnt try to sneak it by the teller it would of cost me 25 bucks for the returned check. so its par for the course living in such a small town that i do. got back on the trail and hit all the other places available for me with no success. i also had a check from another site (intertops) so now its time for the ol email to there support and see what steps to take im sure its not going to go well. but maybe i might get lucky ya never know lol. i guess theres something about checks from canada heck i can get a check cashed thats from mexico pretty darn easy here. at this point im sitting here with 2 checks that arent worth the paper there printed on. wow with the intertops one i paid 50 bucks for that one. thats pretty good lol paid them to yank me around. the last time i made a draw from merge the check came from a bank with headquarters in nyc and cashed it with no problem. it just took forever to receive it and intertops was a wu for $80 cost i guess i shouldnt of tried to save 30 bucks on process. now i will see what can be done wish me luck lol.

Wtf? I'm from Arizona and have literally zero problems. Did you tell them it was from a gambling site or something? What "small town" are you from that has the least trusting bank in the state? I would think they'd know you and be way more trusting in a small town.
I have a hard time believing you didn't botch something on your end, because they definitely accept checks from around the globe and since Carbon makes the checks out in USD, there's no reason for them to not accept it unless you told them something that you shouldn't have.

lol very good on your zero problems ben i was looking for a little help on this site and wrote down my experience not looking to get kicked around a bit but that to was informative thank you. i found what i was looking for on this site and should have my problem dealt with soon enough.

IDK last Friday I made a $25 deposit, and requested a $65 withdrawal on Saturday. Today I looked at my checking account, and the $25 was back in there. The record of the withdrawal was gone.
It seems like the bank got my money back. I received an E-mail today from Carbon than the check has been mailed. IDK how this is going to work out in the long run, but I'm going to be depositing with a prepaid debit card from now on.

GL on resolving your payments B. I've made two withdrawls from Carbon earlier this summer and both were received and cashed with no problem. I've also heard other friends have had no problems.
I do think the paperwork hoops are bs at Carbon, but their site, their rules.

That's strange...I had to open a Wells Fargo account in order to cash it . The money was available the next day. It's important to note that they do pay out in US funds.
