I'm desperate, I don't know what else to do.
I wouldn't want to be exposing this here. I'm new here on the forum, in fact I'm new to poker in general. I made my 888poker account on September 23rd, through a recommendation from a professional poker friend I met at an event, he told me it would be a friendly platform to start with, with interesting freerolls, a cool field. I played a few freerolls without depositing any money. until I got excited and said, I'm going to deposit 20UDS with the WELCOME100 bonus.
When I deposited, I noticed that the bonus did not appear in my funds. I went to support to claim my bonuses.
I spoke to ELEONOR, record this name.
The conversation was going well until she told me that she hadn't entered the code, I felt very sad with myself for having probably gotten distracted, and I JOKED that it must have been because of my ADHD. (which I don't have a medical report on) in brazil we joke about this, it's a way of saying that we are distracted.
ELEONOR then starts to ask me about my ''condition'' if it bothers me with gambling games, she asks if I want my account to be canceled indefinitely. sounding like an AI speaking.
I start to explain myself, and say no, I was just there for my 100% BONUS.
She continues, saying that my case would go to a higher level, due to my "CONDITION"
I start to get impatient, and say I don't want to lose my account.
it simply disappears for a few minutes. When he suddenly comes back, he sends a message apologizing, but I can't even READ IT PROPERLY.
when my ACCOUNT is simply CLOSED.
I go into a tailspin.
I try to log into my account and the message appears
''your account has been temporarily banned, please contact our support''
I HAD JUST DEPOSITED MY MONEY, IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I DEPOSITED MONEY INTO A POKER App, OR ANY ONLINE GAME.
MY GOD, WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Now I'm out of contact, I can't log into my account to access support, I tried via the website, tried via email and NOTHING.
I would like help from someone more experienced, to at least RECOVER my money that I deposited on the platform.
Can anyone help me with this?
