Its super convenient, I can practice by playing very low stakes without fear of significant loss. I can track my statistics, and review my hands to learn from my errors. .. Also - no shoes required

For me I love the speed of MTT and variety online. As a MTT player, live you have to travel, avoid pit games, and play one or two in entire day! I often play 3-4 at a time online, up to 15 a day sometimes! Money is still there to be made, in fact bigger prize pools online than live often! My only gripe is I wish we had more and better options, but i play BLackChip Poker as BlackChipBrian, nice to meet you all!

Cheaper tournaments that allow you to play from the comfort of your own home. Availability as well, some people do not have the ability to play where they are located, or it takes an hour or much more to get to the casino tables.
