I think it's incredibly common to watch YouTube, poker Twitch, etc while playing online, and I'm definitely guilty of doing this myself.
The absolute WORST is watching strategy videos WHILE playing though. Takes away from the playing AND takes away from the strategy videos as well.
I've found that single-tasking is the best way to go through everything, but I can't always get myself to do it. It's easy when I'm deep in some MTTs and the focus comes very naturally. But sometimes in the early game I'm bored unless I have more tables up. It's a tricky balance though because if I play more tables I may be less profitable while playing them.

friend, we all watch the series because it is impossible to wait so long for other players to make a move tournaments take so long that the meaning of the game is lost I think someday they will change the time in poker tournaments so that the games are not so long, otherwise you will have to continue watching series
