Good morning everyone, I trust that the main
poker sites have an interest in keeping the games as fair as possible, but it is inevitable that there are players who find vulnerabilities in the sites and use this to profit through cheating.
I've read a lot of news about players who were banned, there was a case at GGpoker, where the player, according to the website, was able to see the
equity he had on the flop and turn.
GGPoker released this Friday (29) a note clarifying the case of the player “MoneyTaker69”, who managed to obtain an illegal advantage by exploiting the room's software. The player was banned from the site's tables and had his winnings confiscated for refunds to those affected.
The question is this: Can the sites catch all the cheaters?
This one was caught because he was attracting attention with absurd plays in a row and making high profits, winning 90bb/100 in a cash game with a VPIP of 53%, scoring a Mtt of $150.
What if there are other players who are using this or other vulnerabilities and making small profits to avoid attracting attention and not getting caught?
