There are really moments when we mistrust the platform, but I believe this is just that sense of defeat, the famous beating, but when we do this to the opponent we don't complain, so let's trust the platform and study the game that we're evolving.

I believe the major sites which includes those recommended by CardsChat are clean and do their best to keep their sites clean. There are always cheaters though and sites that are disreputable online. CardsCha'st own news has multiple articles on the cheating going on in the poker world. Like they say. buyer beware!

Its extremely common to have that outs, especially if you are playing a high volume of hands, stick to most common sites, and those ones with history, in fact, you will be ok playing at any well known network, just be careful of collution, u must know is much easier to get collution in a sng game than a mtt one, and histories trough the years have shown that some networks (ej. ipoker) are much more attractive for cheaters, than others like pokerstars, but at the end, im more profitable at ipoker, but i dont play for profits i play mainly for fun

Its still not rigged.

Do you really think the sites all get together and establish which players will win across multiple sites?

You just see more hands online per hr so you see more bad beats.

I think that yes it is, some think that it is fixed because many bad beats happen to them, it has happened to me but when you take it as part of the long-term game you always win if you have a good solid strategy

don't waste your time because only 10% players don't lose but 1% are happy if you friend is not doing well then you are not in 10% list

Hello everyone, I am really annoyed when I constantly hold bad or strong cards (very bad flops) when playing poker online, even when I have top pair or 2 pairs my opponent holds the barrel or straight when the river is dealt, are constantly badbeats for me and I wonder if online poker is really clean?
I'm not going to make any grand claims. But I have experience playing offline poker and I haven't seen similar bad beats as in online poker. More precisely, there are some bad beats in offline poker, but much less than in online poker. That's why I treat online poker as a lottery and not as a full-fledged poker tournaments, so I don't invest real money in buy-ins, rebuys and add-ons.:poop:

This is an old question that will be debated for a long time. I myself have been a victim of badbeats several times. And the better you play, the more badbeats you take and the fewer badbeats happen in your favor, because if you play well, you don't pay needing 2 cards to turn the game around. You just fold without seeing the turn and river.
The craziest thing that happened to me to date: I made a full house on the flop. It was the strongest full house possible with the flop cards. So I raised and Villain went all-in. I paid laughing. He had nothing. Nothing at all. But the turn and river brought him TT. Then he called with a T on his hand and made a full house stronger than mine. I understand the cards on the table. It may happen. But what I haven't swallowed to this day was the villain calling my pre-flop raise and then going all-in with nothing in his hand. It was the most bizarre thing in my life as a Poker player to date...

Unless you are at 100% likelihood on the flop then it’s going to happen. You just don’t focus on the times it doesn’t happen to you so it seems worse.

If you play in live poker as many hands as you play at online poker (because we usually play much more hands online) you will see that live poker can give as much bad beats and maybe more than online poker! Thats how games with cards work!

If that's all you are concerned about, ask yourself why else your opponent would still be betting or calling your bets - unless they had better cards or a draw that would get there by the river?

Online poker is pure adrenaline, every player wants to win. On the Internet the cards come out much worse than in person and you lose more often. Moreover, the probability of any particular card being released is the same both in a live game and on the Internet. Try to track where you make more progress - on the Internet or at the poker table. This is your level.

when we lose we comment that the room is rigged, but when we win we do not say that, we must be aware that this is poker, there will be times when things will not work out, but we must have emotional control to minimize losses, if we work hard we will know that the results will come in the long run.

A top pair, and especially two pairs, is not a guarantee of your victory. In poker, in addition to skills and experience, luck also plays an important role, so all we can do about it is play and enjoy the game.

Online poker is not rigger. There is no reason for it to be. Last time i was at the casino we averaged 23 to 25 hand per hour. While I do think this was a bit slow you should see the problem. This was at the 2022 wsop. Online I play 4 tables and average 240 or so hand per hour. One hour online can equal nearly a days live play and if you play a long 6 or 8 hour session you could go play a weeks worth easy in a day. Most people also don't go and play live to often compared to playing online.

I was lucky early on and played a lot more live poker. I will say this. It happens live and online to us all after a while. Some of my most painful beats have been in the casino.

Especially in a final table even if you have AA or AK believe me I have experienced this situation several times
if you are the small stack he will come out with a straight or double pair to eject you from the tournment

Playing live poker is an incredible experience, despite being slower and less handed, as our friend reported, I think the magic of live is unsurpassed, but online poker is the basis, from my point of view, for live, precisely because of the number of hands played, thus bringing greater knowledge and experience in hand combinations

My opinion is that they are safe. Players can cheat among themselves but the rooms work hard to make the game cleaner.

wherever there is interest in money there will be fraud, poker is no exception, but poker rooms are interested in fair play, but there is not a hundred percent chance that the game is played honestly
