After grinding 2+ hours for 11 cents, I am a 50%er. Half the time I play the small winnings. Important to only play the winnings, not the bankroll.

Bankroll management is the key. If you always bet only 0.5%-3% of your bankroll, you can basically never go completely broke, as long as you're playing poker professionally. Losing is part of the game. If you're just playing for fun, bankroll management doesn't really matter. But if you're serious about it, you'll move down a level whenever you lose too much.

In my opinion it all depends on your goal as a player. Whether you play to be professional or just for fun. I think the opinion of the colleagues above who said to leave the value of your bankroll in accordance with your ABI and withdraw the rest is very prudent, this way you will be longer in your activity. Being a professional, the ideal is to remain consistent and improve your game daily.

People who cannot control themselves are people with addictions. As soon as such a player recognises their addiction, they should seek help. If you are addicted, you need help and you should not be ashamed of it.

It's not easy to maintain your gains, especially because there are months of variation so you can never maintain the same result, there are months that will be great and some that won't be so good.

It depends on the prize. If it's a prize of more than $500, I can easily refrain from spending it.

I slowly lose my winnings when I sit at cash games and replenish my bankroll playing freerolls. You would think after 10 years, I would give up. But I still cash out about $600 a year when all is said and done.

Sometimes, out of boredom, we continue to play after a successful day
For example, yesterday I won 7000 dollars, but today I want to play something again
It is a temptation, stupidity or illness that we easily lose our hard-won money again!
Good point, but if you won 7k you would definitely know what to do with it and would try to make a bankroll usage chart based on the profitable games for you. I would really like to follow the evolution with interest. Good luck!

treating it like a business will resolve most of this but any money you put in the circle is money for me I can burn and not worry about....not many are that stingy so to speak in poker....i realize im not gonna win it all anymore cause i simply dont have the funds or the health and bigger just like lotto i dont put up enough money to win it all or the big one really....have to get a really lucky run is all....not sure your history or buy ins but last time i lost over 500 i made sure never had 500 in account anywhere at any time unless was a direct buy in on that day etc....too many places have taken money and ran when had a decent amount....so dont really do that....have put in couple grand on certain days on acr nothing to show for it but if had won id have withdrawn first before playing again...its just the rules any site can disappear hell have trouble getting money from wsop Michigan etc... its crazy still

I got 2nd place yesterday in cardschat freeroll I know how to play dude good luck to you !!!!!
congrats i won wsop freeroll for 450 tried to withdraw they had issues its still there...havent been playing waiting for wsop shots etc...satellites but ya even legit sites acr has paid me over 7k in bitcoin so call legit are questionable so always if you cant burn it get it off server...bitcoin imo is best in and out for poker on sites like acr ...i like acr for the series lower levels at least and will do some bigger events but will choose a weekend to chase 12 or so games on couple days etc...go from there....really like the micros and love the omahas....so ya ill throw some money on those days if win again the rule is 500 or less on server always so dont lose it all....its the simple rule i live by with acr and others
