Sometimes, out of boredom, we continue to play after a successful day
For example, yesterday I won 7000 dollars, but today I want to play something again
It is a temptation, stupidity or illness that we easily lose our hard-won money again!

If you understand that each new session will bring pain regardless of the result, it will be easier for you to cope with this pain.If you leave each session with an emotional deficit, the pain will accumulate. Pain can cause trauma, and trauma can lead to emotional burnout. You need to play in such a way that you win, withdraw, leave 20 dollars and continue playing.

If you think you can play better than your opponents AND are in a good game with some fish you should continue to play regardless of how much you are up or down.

It's all one long session with breaks for other activities until the day you quit.

You won 7k dollars yesterday? Can I get a screenshot?:D
It's very simple: when you win something, don't play at all until you put money on withdrawal, leaving exactly as much on your account as you need to play at your limit. And then everything starts all over again;)

easy money easy to spend
I fundamentally disagree. Profit is a salary. You spend time, work with your mind, how is this different from a regular job? Except that in poker you are your own boss (which makes this work even harder in some ways, but there are bonuses). At the beginning of this year, I drank away a large profit in a few weeks, then did not win anything for a long time. Money does not like a frivolous attitude towards itself.

Sure yes? As long as it's not on gambling site anymore

And if i'd win like 1000+ i'd never let entire amount of it to survive another day in my account - only like (less than) quarter of if to see is it possible to win irresponsibly or whatever ..,

There won't be any screenshot, it's not the first time I've noticed that this guy is quite the storyteller.:p

Yes, it is easy to keep my winnings because not being a professional player; I withdraw what I win on that same day. I'm not tempted to gamble again with the money I've won

You have to limit yourself, just don't gamble all of your winnings, withdrawal some and let some to play, it's what I always do.

If you actually won $7,000, then I congratulate you, Lucky! To answer your question - it's an ambition to win even more. This is natural, as each of us strives to be better.

hahahaha if one day you win 7,000 dollars you must manage your bankroll and continue playing, just because you won 7 dollars yesterday doesn't mean you won't play today

Hi :)
You have won $7000. If you did it in a disciplined way, following bankroll management, then it's really hard work. But if you did it by playing bingo, it's not hard work, it's bingo :)

Lack of discipline always leads to the same result, to losses, disappointment and depression. Those who cannot control themselves, those who cannot stop, always end up with nothing.

It is typically newer players &/or gamblers who can't hold onto any winnings. Newer players will often assume they're much better than they actually are when coming off a good score and will often immediately jump up in buyin levels. (play a $5 mtt, cash for $476 and now they're ready to play $50 & $100 MTT's).
As some others have already mentioned. Discover what game you like playing. Figure out what buyin level you feel you can compete with (as you move up it gets more difficult) and then choose how much you wish to keep in your poker bankroll to play with. Often times a player taking down a decent win vs. the size of their buyins (like the example of 95x the buyin) won't affect the buyin levels they choose to play in future games. Perhaps they withdraw anything over $500... or maybe they let the bankroll build to $1,000 where they then might choose to play an avg. buyin level of $10.

TLDR
BANKROLL MANAGEMENT ... < simple
