How many tables are ideal and comfortable for you to play?

My record was 8 tables at the same time at 3 different poker rooms. Yes, when such a large number of tables are open at the same time, you can forget about any analytics and have to sacrifice the quality of the game. If we are talking about convenience, then 4 tables at the same time is the maximum number, when there is an opportunity not to lose in the level of quality.
