For some reason, sometimes losing my life makes me miss good games. And when the network came back, I was angry - why did I lose my life at the moment, I should have been able to add some pretty big chips if I didn't lose the network.
I once registered for a freeroll, and before the game started I was called away to help a Friend who was in a jam, Thinking I could possibly get back to it, I left the House to go help him, unfortunately it took far longer than I expected, So returning to my home much later I found to my diss-belief I had actually cashed in it, Only a few Cents but hey a win is a win right!
One of my biggest reasons for playing very low stake Poker on-line is because things can happen beyond your control, Computer Crashes, or Power Outages, there is nothing you can do to avoid them.
I won a Ticket Freeroll where the top five places won a $111.00 Ticket to the Final, and the rest got an $11.00 Satellite Ticket totalling a $1,000.00 Freeroll.
Having won one of the Top Tickets I was looking forward to the Final where I could possibly win a lot more, unfortunately my Power went out and I couldn't play in the Tournament, I was gutted, but better to lose $111.00 Virtual money than lose the real thing!
Such is Life! You just have to accept it.
