I agree 100% if I'm in position. If not I prefer QQ in both scenarios.I prefer QQ if i am to go all in preflop
I prefer AK to play through the streets
I would prefer QQ. I think it's a more promising hand, although the percentage difference is negligible.
I think these are more than convincing arguments and our choice should have been obvious. I would also choose QQ.Prepare - wall of equity!
Against any two cards AK has 65% equity where QQ has 79% equity.
Against a 20% best of range AK has 62% equity where QQ has 70% equity
Against a 10% best of range AK has 58% equity where QQ has 65% equity.
Against a 5% best of range AK has 46,5% equity where QQ has 58%.
Against a 2% best of range AK has 36% equity where QQ has 42% equity.
Against each other AK has 43% equity where QQ has 57% equity.
Considering those numbers, the knowledge that QQ has SIGNIFICANT higher winrates than AK in all formats/stages and non the least the fact that im a gentleman:
I stick with the LADIES.
Queens are a slight favourite, but as usual, if you have them, the ace will flop or worse you will be rivered. If on the other hand you have AK, expect a 5 rag run out.I prefer QQ if i am to go all in preflop
I prefer AK to play through the streets
I'm curious. Despite the fact that 888 does not work in Belarus, I still often see Belarusian players at the tables. Are these players who are just abroad or are they Belarusians who live in Belarus and play through a VPN?So I got knocked out of the tournament today... The ladies couldn't resist the AK... but fish was just playing for luck there, it's obvious that he didn't understand what he was doing, there was no call on the board, but fish put it on and the king just hit him with a river... it was just lucky, because even on the board that was 88, there were more chances, the numbers were on the table, and the chances of a straight were closer to winning against my QQ than AK... But luck is a fickle lady((
most likely via vpn((( I think so...I'm curious. Despite the fact that 888 does not work in Belarus, I still often see Belarusian players at the tables. Are these players who are just abroad or are they Belarusians who live in Belarus and play through a VPN?
