As I have said many times, I work as a dealer in a small poker club. I live in a small town with a population of about 70,000 people, about 30 of whom play live poker. What the players in our establishment allow themselves to do probably cannot be found in more than one poker club in the world). Our poker club is forced to hold on to each player, because when they are reprimanded, they get offended and don’t come for a while, and for this reason we sometimes have no games for 3-4 days, and accordingly the establishment loses money and we, as dealers, are not we get paid because we get a percentage of the rake. Dealers are treated like dirt, they shout at each other, and speak in a raised voice. The only thing that is prohibited in our establishment is hitting someone, but absolutely everything is allowed. I love the quiet and calm atmosphere at the poker table, when people come to play poker, and not to shout and leave all their negativity in this establishment. Therefore, any environment in which someone raises their voice, shows disrespect to other players or to the dealers is considered unacceptable to me, and as a player I would not play at the same poker table with such people.
