Sunglasses?

It’s fairer to play without glasses because that way you can read better about your opponent.
In addition, the sunglasses can give the wearer a bit of confidence in hiding.
I think it would be better if no one could use it, because if there was a doping rule in poker, then the use of glasses would be that. 😎

I don't think that a poker player is a subtle psychologist and sunglasses from the opponent interfere with him or give him an advantage, if he wants, he can play in a mask, it's only in movies when the opponent has a square, his eye twitches, but we still win because we have a royal flush

I do, but I have bad eye sight so they are prescription, and I usually wear them because I was driving or walking to the casino and I forget to switch back to my normal glasses before I get out of the car. I have made many appearance in court this way too. HA HA.

I don't care, it doesn't matter to me. Although I have poor eyesight and I wear glasses, it doesn't matter to me whether my opponents wear glasses.

Generally, no. I have a penetrating gaze and a serious temperament, which causes many players to give me respect and fold when they should be folding.

It depends on the style of dress at the time, I've been known to show up with sunglasses and a tuque, or a shiny OG hat, thick chain necklaces and bracelets, rings, or a suit and tie with slick hair and designer shades. It does make a difference in the beginning until they become familiar with your playstyle.

It's a matter of style. Most of he big champions and winners never wore it. Stu Ungar did it later just to hide his nose problem, but won lots of matches without wearing it.

Everyone has to know for themselves what they like, but if you think that you have an advantage over the other players at the table then I think that this may be less true. But I had already made a gross mistake in a casino because it was too dark and hadn't seen my card correctly and I think if I had worn sunglasses, the catastrophe would have been even bigger. For this reason, I would not wear sunglasses in a casino during live poker. But it wouldn't bother me if someone else was wearing sunglasses. After all, you play the cards and not the glasses

Man, not a problem to me if someone uses and I have already.. but at the level I play, I don't think it can cause enough impact to tell it made a difference or not. On closed rooms I don't use it.

I wear sunglasses playing poker live, this way I can look at people around the table to read people. I have some players say take off the glasses when I was playing at the EX, I just don't even respond to people who say things to me at the table when I play poker. I also wear a baseball cap when playing poker, I just like wearing that stuff which I am comfortable wearing daily. Not just in poker , regular daily life.

I honestly don't believe that sunglasses make difference when playing live maybe with a hoodie and face mask yes ,otherwise just sunglasses its just for your look !!! looking cool

Personally, I see no reason to hide behind sunglasses. Again, to others it may seem helpful.

I did were them once but never again. The problem is I had a harder time seeing the cards. While I know the eyes can give away something how often would I be against someone who could read the tell if i did have one with my eyes? I just think its over rated.
