i have seen some crazy plays that pay out with small pairs , after you have good pot odds and many players in the hand ,....

Before flop I would call at least 2/3 of the times and hope for the best....
Often, it will be very profitable

Every small pair give you a very good chance to make a trap. If villain has AK/AQ (or any Ax hand) and an A comes on the flop and you already have a set, you are a very comfortable position because he/she won't fold too easily with an Ax hand, that is the key.

I would slow play from a good position. From a bad position or with aggressive opponents I would fold.
